Food was okay, waitress could’ve done better especially since we were the only customers there
Waited for a table for half an hour. Husband went and use the restroom while we were waiting for a table and he said that half the tables were ready. Once we got a table, we got our drinks, ordered, and then waited another half hour just for the waitress to tell us 10 more minutes. We told her never mind, and we left. Was not happy and will probably not go back.
Ordered take out online last evening, to be ready at 11:30 am. Order shows it was ready at 11:12, my wife showed up at 11:30, and they could not find the order until 12:15. They had it listed under her first name. She gave 2 different persons her first and last names, and they could not locate it for an hour. Food was cold due to sitting so long in styrofoam container. INEXCUSABLE!
May 7th at 7:25. My friend and I came in for food. And we weren't told until 7:38 that they were closing. We waiting over 10 minutes before we were told. At least 4 employees saw us the whole time.
03-06-2022 around 11pm. We decided to stop in for some late night food after work and the experience was interesting. Besides paying $10 for 2 normal sized pancakes when you're supposed to get 4, forgetting toast your ordered, having to get syrup from another table because your table syrup was empty and of all things the steak tips your gf ordered being completely raw on the inside. Unfortunately we only caught this towards the end and after a night of feeling sick which followed into the morning she woke up and discovered she has food poisoning. Wonder where she got that from.. Shall I mention there was only 1 other customer besides us at that hour thankfully. This IHop should be shutdown for health code violations upon all other things. DO NOT GO HERE!!
Our server was friendly and funny and that saved the trip. Otherwise, they got our order wrong the first time. They fixed it no problem but it added wait time. Once we got our chocolate chip pancakes they did not have any chocolate chips in them and that was disappointing. The place was clean but the booth bench had bad suspension so it was uncomfortable. Overall it was an OK experience.
Food was pretty good. Head cook filling in for hostess that did not show today. The cook/host came out and apologized for the delay in getting my breakfast. "I just went back and the two trainee cooks were playing on their phones. They're working on your meal now."First time I stopped at IHOP in a while. Probably gonna be a long while before I go back.
DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering CURBSIDE PICKUP. Ordered for me & my kids. Literally waited outside for 40+ minutes for the lady inside to end up telling me she wasn't able to bring it outside.Extremely rude & lazy of her. Don't advertise curbside pickup if you aren't going to bring it out. I ordered curbside for a reason. Me & my kids (both under 2) are sick. I am not leaving my kids in the car for pancakes!
The food was not great. The hot chocolate that we were anticipating looked great tasted awful. I dunno if it was from a package or burned but we didn’t drink it. My bus had 3 tiny pieces of bacon I pit them all on one piece of toast that was not cut in half the pancakes my grandson had were alright he likes them plain anyway. The poor waitress was over worked the only one in the dining room I don’t blame her for us being there forever. But it wasn’t great service she was too busy for more than a drop and run even if I did need anything.. I was disappointed but I’ll live it’s not the worst thing to ever happen just how it goes on a Monday morning
Was really hungry so didnt mind the 30 minute wait to be seated and lucky 2 other guest left before us and then another 15 to get food. They said the kichen was running behind. We didnt get our drinks right away because they were waiting for clean glasses. The food was really and was worth the wait, waiter was really nice.
