I had to wait over 30 minutes when there was only 1 other car in line in front of me. Drive-thru is designed so you are trapped in when they do this to you.
First time I've ate at Hardee's in years. I got through the drive-thru really quick. Be sourdough sandwich was actually pretty darn good! Certainly better than what I usually get at McDonald's. Plus their coffee is better as well. Window person was friendly. Ain't much more you could ask for!
Soo who had the red hair on the fryer with no hair net because your caught red headed! It's in the batter though ghee. And them fries could have filled my salt shaker. Is this how y'all keep the line so short? Asking for a friend. Love Hardee's I really do but bruhhh.
I went thru the drive thru. I felt the person taking my felt like wasn't helpful. He didnt listen to me. All did was say they didnt have coke didnt have milkshakes. All I wanted was ketchup on my burger. I got everything on my burger. It showed he didnt listen to me. I was utterly disappointed. I will reconsider going there again. It's like it didnt matter what I wanted.
waited an hour in the drive through with one car in front of us.. when we got the food the fries were hard as a rock and my 5 piece tenders were a box of tiny hard chunks of chicken breading. workers were standing in the window on phones the whole time.
Update:. Still terrible. Just got my order and it is burnt and torn up!I eat hardees once every couple wks. The last few times has been awful! Today my husband went at 9 am and they said they only had 1 biscuit left so they would give him a croissant free. 1st off the croissant is completely dry. It is awful. 2nd I didnt even get the 1 biscuit I was promised! They sent a ham and cheese fresco thing. How is this anywhere close to what I ordered?! I ordered 2 sausage biscuits with cheese. To say I am mad is understatement. I will not be returning to this location again.
Before the Goshen store closed I was a regular. The door dough Frisco burger was my fav. I recently went to the newly opened location on cassopolis street, THAT IS NOT A FRISCO BURGER... The bread was not toasted, and I'll stop there.
We've had food delivered by DD from them twice now. The first time was ok. Nothing to get excited about but at least the order was correct and the fries seemed fresh. The second time was pathetic. We were missing one double cheeseburger and the one that did show up was burnt. I was given some bacon burger instead of my mushroom swiss burger. The fries were shriveled up like they had been sitting around for an hour or two. They managed to get one item right in our whole order: a ham and swiss sandwich. It cost $4.50 but looked like it belonged on the dollar menu. Gonna be along time before we try them again, if we ever do. Now I understand why you don't see many Hardee's slop shops around.
This is pretty good I especially love their ice cream their chicken tenders they have onion rings that are really really good
It would be nice if grab and go franchisees would train their employees to keep in mind that the customer has to work just has hard for their money to be able to spend with that company. For 2 people it cost $25 and our food was either burnt or under cook. The bacon looked raw and was cold... Pretty sure it's the microwave bacon so I don't understand how you can under cook 45 seconds bacon? The eggs looked so nasty being cooked on a dirty grill and the hash rounds were thrown in the grease either before it was hot enough or they dropped to many at one time. Unacceptable.!
