Our family frequents Indiana at least once a month and this is the breakfast place we look forward to days before the trip. Coffee is hot and steady. They offer plain creamer with addition to flavored creamer on the table (as a flavored coffee creamer person I love this). With notes on each table apologizing for staff issues and a delay being served, our food was ordered within 10 minutes and received within 20 minutes (table of 4). 30 minutes total for our food was exceptional. The food is always hot and delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the portions. Staff is always nice and friendly as well as quick with checking on customers. Fruit depends on what is available for the season and is fresh and tasty. This place is definitely worth the stop after our 14 hour drive.
I went to go get my food the was ready, I waited 10 minutes. While the staff passed the window and looked at me waiting. After 10 minutes I got my food, her response was we’re very busy. I replied: I shouldn’t have to wait and my food was ready, while workers walked passed the window looking, and my food was just seating there. She replied” well you got your food now”. I WILL NOT BE BACK!
I've worked in elkhart for almost 9 years and have finally tried this place. It was so good and you get alot of food for the price. Everyone was so pleasant and it was very clean. They do a wonderful job even though they are short staffed. Will definitely go back.
On a very busy Saturday morning we showed up behind 2 other couples waiting for a table. The wait time was relatively short ( maybe 10 to 15 minutes top). After being seated we placed our order after looking over the fairly extensive menu for a few minutes. We received our food fresh and hot from the kitchen within a reasonable amount of time. There was a sign placed on every table about the staffing issues they were experiencing and offered an apology for expected wait time (that we never experienced). The service was warm and experienced. The food was absolutely delightful. Nothing disappointing here. We will return as often as we are in Elkhart.
A great clean place to eat. Found comes out fast. The friendly staff works hard to get the orders and get the food out. This place is located close to Elkhart Clinic. Plenty of parking. When you order meals you get more then you can eat. My second time here and I will keep coming back

Their food is delicious. I wish the fruit cup wasn't just slices of melon but that is just a personal preference. I will definitely return.
Good food and great service. The building needs a little updating but it was a nice place to eat.
Coffee was extremely weak. Had pumpkin pancakes and they tasted awful, when we complained to the waitress she sent the manager out, and the manager stated she tasted the pancakes in the kitchen herself and nothing was wrong with them. I explained they tasted like there was too much or too little of some ingredient and she just said "I don't know what to tell you, nobody else has complained about them today." And she refused to take them off of our bill. We will not be returning and suggest nobody else does either.
People came in after we did and we only had ordered biscuits and gravy and everyone else was getting their food around us. We had to ask the waitress to check on our order, pitiful service
