The staff here are pretty funny. The food and coffee are good but the donuts taste stale and are lacking substance.
Was told 45 minutes before closing time they are unwilling to make frozen drinks because they don't want to have to reclean the machine. Way to lose customers to competition. Walked out without a purchase.
Best coffee chain, in our opinion. Prices have gone up to nearly match the "other place" that we considered to be too expensive; therefore, we no longer go to Dunkin regularly, but their coffee is still better.
Failed me today. The coffee that was drinkable was great but significantly less than what i normally purchase. Normally never this disappointed but i was charged way to much for that. Im always precise and polite knowing its always busy. I've spent my last dime with Dunkin.
Dunkin coffee is always good, Kayla was patient amazing in helping me. The Dunkin app is confusing as all get out and need to be more user friendly. I have had this app for over a year and I am just now earning points because of all the hoops I had to go through. Dunkin and all the billions of dollars made can do better with the app.
The store owner is apparently doing such a poor job of hiring that you can’t even walk into the store to pick up an order placed on the app. The poor girl running the counter is so understaffed and over worked that the door is locked all day. They wouldn’t let me I. To pick up my coffee and food I had ordered 15 minutes prior. But then, it really negates the purpose of ordering online. I had food I ordered and paid for go to waste because I didn’t have time to wait in the huge car line to pick it up. Will never be back unless the store owner can get their stuff together and pay/hire some people to do the job.
Alright I’ve never had an issue here until today and normally I am very understanding due to the limiting staffing. However, I was the only person in line and I was told to wait to order. 5 minutes goes by. People are piling behind me and some dude is yelling out of his window at me as if it’s my fault. Fine fine I ordered. I get to the window and it takes another 5 minutes just waiting for my order. That’s all fine and dandy. I wasn’t upset until I opened my food. I ordered a sandwich WITHOUT bacon because I am a vegetarian and literally everything was frozen. So. I waited for an frozen sandwich I couldn’t even heat up to eat because the meat juice was all over it. I also got yelled at by a random dude so that was fun. I couldnt go back because I had to go back to work?? not to mention the drink I ordered wasn’t even filled to the top with tea.
The staff was so slow there they made my coffee wrong I went and complained and the guys there were on there phones and innoreing me and then told me they couldn’t make no more coffee cuz they were cleaning out the expresso machine and wouldn’t refund me my money or make me another coffee I couldn’t drink my coffee and my money was wasted poor staff there get some better workers please
I just went through this drive through most awful experience ever and I luv dinkin not only did I wait 20 minutes while the employees were having a disagreement I ordered extra cream and extra auger and gin no sugar at all terrible experience!!
i was just here and got my food , my bagel is so hard it literally hurts my teeth to bite into it . i tried putting it into my microwave still didn’t help so the trash can jt went :(
