Every time I go there they never have the doughnuts I want. They really need to change the name. It definitely is not the same place it used to be where you could get just about any doughnut you wanted.

Today I ordered a gift to be delivered by GrubHub and I called with a special request for someone at the store to insert a handwritten note for us with the GrubHub order when it went out. Porsha answered and was so kind to help me with my request. That is what I call first rate, stellar customer service !! We love Dunkin !!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a latte and she tried to hand it to me and I asked if it had espresso in it because it was very light and she got an attitude with me and said it’s a latte and it did. She set the drink down and another employee came up and handed it to me and gave me a old doughnut with no icing. They are the only Dunkin I’ve repeatedly had issues with.

I think they changed staff recently because I usually only come to this one if I absolutely have to. I was there today at about 11:45 and everything was great! I sure hope it stays this way bc I love Dunkin and this one is much closer to my house!

Their service is so slow. The last time I was in the “manager” was yelling at one of the employees to not get “stuck with those people”! She was talking about the customers that came inside to place orders. She said the people have been waiting in drive thru. That isn’t the customers that came insides problem. She just kept yelling this to the other girl. First off, if they are short handed it might be the way management talks to their employees. I have tried to call three times to make a general or store manager aware of what was going on and no one ever answers the phone. They can keep their dry donuts and poor service

Stopped by after work, couldn't get my 1st or 2nd choice of donut and ended up with a drink I didn't know had caffeine in it and it was a second choice because I couldn't get my first choice on that either.

Window is broken on the driver's door so I cannot use drive-through. I read a sign in their window, stating, lobby closed, so I have no way to place an order. Get with the Times and open your lobby, and quit being fearful sheeple...Back 3 weeks later and a city service employee needed lobby to place order and could not. Not coming back!

There was ONE woman working this morning. And she was doing a FANTASTIC job! She remained calm and friendly while running the entire store by herself! Amazing!

Every time I pull up to the speaker the one lady who is taking the order is EXTREMELY rude. Everytime I try and order she SCREAMS “HOLD ON HOLD ON” I understand not being able to take the order fast but when I list off one item and she legitimately screams at me to hold on… kinda ridiculous. And then when I pull up to the window she rips my money out of my hand and practically throws my change at me. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason for someone to act this way in any circumstances.

Sat in line for 10 minutes didnt even take my order. Finally took my order, didn’t know how to find the order on the screen(probably a new worker not mad) after they finally got my order I sat in line for another 15 minutes before I backed up and left. Not the first time this has happened. I’m extremely upset with this store. I got food poisoning from this store a few months back and didn’t ever want to go back but it’s on the way to my work and I was hungry so just thought I would give it another chance. I will no longer be going to ANY Dunkin stores. I would recommend any other coffee shop over Dunkin any day. I am extremely upset that the corporate does nothing because I have called them multiple times and left reviews many many times. No one seems to care. Never again will Dunkin get money from me or my family/ friends.
