I enjoyed this restaurant quite a bit. The food was good (and plentiful). The servers were friendly. I had no complaints, and I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others.
The food was sensational! Service was on point. Very friendly. Clean bathroom. Our first time there but has been around for over 40 years. That should speak for itself!

the staff was great. they had a wonderful group of people and were short staff, but they remained focused and were very pleasant and they took the time to apologize for any inconvenience and wished everyone to enjoy their meal. the food was wonderful and we will definitely be back. I would recommend this place to all my friends. I even posted on my Facebook saying that my wife and I were looking forward to a wonderful meal.
We were visiting Elkhart for a swim meet and showed up to Davinci's with a party of 12. They were very busy, but we were still seated in a reasonable amount of time. The waitress was amazing and juggling multiple orders and tickets. The food was spectacular! Most of our swimmers ate the buffet and my son loved the sausage and peppers! I had the meat ravioli with Alfredo and it was delicious. Thank you, Davinci's!
Unfortunately their service has really gone down hill. I never dine in I always just order a pizza and pay for it ahead of time. Every time and I mean everytime there always seems to be an issue with my order. It takes 20 min for me to be able to leave with my pizza when it was ordered ahead of time and paid for. The staff are always super confused because I think it's their ordering system. The cashier actually walked out one time crying saying it wasn't her fault when they didn't have my order ready that was for my business luncheon. The food is not real Italian and tastes like it's straight from a can. Pizza is ok but would be better if the cheese wasn't always overcooked. Needless to say they have lost my business.
Phenomenal food and even though they are as understaffed as everyone else in town, their service was great! Pizza is amazing!
When we walked in the restaurant, we were the only customers in the restaurant. The waitress did get our drinks right away but after that everything went downhill. It took at least 15- 20 minutes to get our order in. The waitress would often disappear and we would not see her again for 15-20 minutes…. Again we were the only customers in the restaurant. After getting our order in, it took 57 minutes for the food to get to our table. The waitress did apologize but then explained that everything is cooked fresh so it takes a while. I have been to many Italian restaurants and this is by far the worst Italian food I have ever had. It literally tasted like the food was taken right from the freezer section of Walmart and warmed up! The worst part of the entire visit was the bill! There were no alcoholic beverages on this bill and it was still $70 for 3 people! I would gladly pay $70 for good service and a good meal but McDonalds food is better than this And cheaper. We won’t be back and I highly recommend for others to drive right past this place and find an Olive Garden!
Server was obviously inebriated. She tried to charge us twice, including for appetizers we didn’t get. I hate writing these reviews, but the hostess said she noticed the server. Noticed, but let customers walk out before anything was said, if it ever was.
