I was able to get in and out with my hot dog and ice cream.
Drive thru lady was very friendly, service was pretty quick. No complaints
Id leave zero if it was an option. Didn’t put my burger in the bag tried to call and won’t answer the phone. Got there and they were closed. Guess they were tryna go home so bad they don’t care about if i get a dinner or not. Also had us pull around to “get everything ready”. Man
I went there Saturday paid with my card and it was 15.12 get home they charged my card the 15 and then turned around and charged it 25.64 I called all night n next morning it just rang busy go there Monday morning the manger was nice said she will tell her gm first thing in the morning now it’s Wednesday I call they say she is on cassoolis st I call there they have no clue alls I want is my money that was just took off my card without permission for whatever reason refunded! Morgan the manager corrected the mistake and was very polite I appreciate it
The restaurant was actually open for eat in and the cashiers were so nice.
Burger was wrong fries were cold and limp, after they tried repeatedly to fix it I just got my money back
This is the slowest drive thru in Elkhart. I've sat in line for 25 minutes, more than once, with just 3 cars ahead of me when I only ordered a blizzard.
It's slow and usually a long line, but that's everywhere these days if you dinning via grab-n-go. There is a pretty cool young man working night shift window though. He always has a smile and is super polite... He what the world could use more of those days. Wish I knew his name.
This is one of my daughters favorite places so we do come often. We have only ever had an issue one time with our food and it was corrected immediately. The ladies are always nice and friendly & it’s clean. We actually just ate here over the weekend lol! Definitely coming back!
Nice staff. Ordered a birthday cake. Not as clean and orderly as it used to be. Love their treats!
