Everytime i go here, the manager says theres no coffee or that burger king doesnt sell coffee or that coffee takes 24 hours to brew. If you dont like doing your job, go work somewhere else instead of wasting everybodys time. I know i cant be the only one who deals with this chick lying about something as simple as coffee.
Horrible service, rude employee at drive thru and our order was completely wrong. Since we were the only car there I am to assume that they just ignored our request for a plain burger (it had everything on it) and we ordered spicey chicken sandwiches and got the old school patty sandwich.
Ordered food had to ask about order it took over 15 minutes to get and I saw a mouse running around in the prep area probably the fastest employee they have
I paid for a whopper JR…. Saddest attempt at being a Burger King I’ve ever encountered.
Me and my bf just went their the lady at the drive thru was very rude she thrower our food at us and we was not done ordering and told us okay your done drive up I will never go their again
I used to go to Burger King all the time at night during my security patrol work. I always got the whopper loved it, and still do!!
They had drive through only. The women said she couldn't hear me no matter how loud I spoke. Finally she said can you turn off your diesel truck. I said never mind in a normal voice and she said okay then. She could hear me all along.
There is only 1 person working there and it took over 30 minutes to get a breakfast biscuit.Line of cars all the way around the building every time I go by.Hire some people or shut it down.No body wants a 30 minute anything from Burger King!!
The food was fresh, which was awesome, as anyone knows, getting hot fresh food at drive through is often hit or miss, so the food still being hot when we got home was refreshing. I got a Whopper and I wanna say I felt neutral about it, it was your typical whopper except it was really dry, also I asked for no onions and it had extra onions lol not a big deal honestly, the biggest issue i had was that the burger was really dry, other than that good customer service, fresh food, and quick and easy.
A manager can not even make food ?? calling in a cook huh? Why even be open just someone shut it down just close it would be less embarrassing for our whole community. Why ppl even pay u is besides me
