I had great, friendly service. Sat at the bar since I was by myself and the bartender remembered me from a previous visit a couple of months ago and even what I ordered. Impressive!
The waitress Casey with the chin tattoo was amazing! Very easy going, super friendly, fast service, beautiful attitude, and everything was fast and absolutely amazing time! The long island was pretty good too! Definitely will revisit this BW's!!!!
We stopped by last night for dinner and the waitress Bailey was amazing. we were seated promptly and served fast and friendly. The only complaint was the breading on the chicken sandwhich was a half inch thick in areas you had way more breading than chicken. Great Job b dubs.
You know how sometimes when you get boneless wings, a few of them are just inedible stringy bits of meat with too much breading?I ordered 50 boneless wings for pickup last night and they were ALL like that. You have to go out of your way to pick out wings that bad, I don't understand... literally wasted $60.--That being said, the wings in store are usually okay. But service is always very slow.
This business needs to change their hours. If you order takeout too close to 9pm they will tell you that they can't take your order. If you go to eat inside at 9pm the staff will constantly remind you that they are closing soon and that you have to hurry up and order. If you don't want to make food after 9pm then close earlier. Successful businesses treat their last customer of the day just as well as their first customer of the day. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food is good.
The wings were the only thing that stood out. Mozzarella sticks was a disappointment to start with. Undercooked and doughy. Service was nice yet slow. If u want a drink and wings not to bad. If u want a family experience well you might enjoy it depending on age and love or hate for sports.
They were out of the food I was originally going to order. Our waitress was on point with what she suggested to order to make it right. She was understanding about the items not being available and did it with a kind smile. Unfortunately she had to leave for a family issue. Before she left we gave her the tip and wished the best for the issue with her family
I had a great experience during a pick up. The manager took my order and gave me a drink while I waited. He ensured me my food would be done in 10 minutes. It came out sooner than that. He also brought my food out to the car and thanked me. All simple things but memorable. Didn’t catch his name but he had on a blue shirt

Like another reviewer this is probably the fourth visit where you find out they’re out of items only after you’ve placed your drink order. We’ve been multiple times where they’re out of items or when you get your order it’s missing toppings. I understand that restaurants run out of items but it would be helpful if they let you know when you get the menus not after you have already been sitting and waiting to order.I would recommend looking at your receipt to be sure that the prices match what’s on the menu, after we ordered drinks and found out they were out of items and will not sub we decided it would be better to go somewhere else. The waiter brought the bill and when we pointed out that the drink were priced differently and had a menu there to see he said maybe it was the tax, you can clearly see the prices are different.Giving two stars rather than one because after we asked to see the manager she issued a complete refund due to the error and frustration with the whole experience.
