Love the staff here! I just wish the drinks were the same consistency of quality each time.
This used to be my favorite location and the last 6 months you have gone downhill. I am sympathetic to being short staffed but what a disappointment any more.
i got the caramel marvel, worst coffee ive ever had. and i typically drink any coffee unless its too sweet. the aftertaste is horrendous. tasted like it had been sitting for a few days and then poured over ice.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND WORKING HERE!!! Worked for this company for TWO MONTHS being undervalued and overworked. The owner, Ravneet refused to give me my last paycheck after begging for months for it. After four months finally received my final check and SOMEONE ELSE'S w-2 form. When asking for my own, refusing to give it to me and blocked my number. Has taken multiple illegal actions and taking advantage of owning a business. This shop should not even be open with all the negative feed back it continuously gets and how inhumane someone can be toward other peoples lively hood! Living a nightmare working for a minimum wage company
Lovely employees. My go to drink is the Iced Butter Bear and I eagerly look forward to Hot Apple Ciders with wipped cream in the fall.
Coffee and food is metiocre at best but have personally witnessed the owner, Ravneet, harass his employees and treat them terribly. This place does not deserve your business
I found a dead rat in my coffee while getting breakfast here. Health department didn't do anything about it. The manager, Ravneet, threatened to spit in my food if I reported them ever again. As if I'm going back. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
the owner of this location, Ravneet Singh, is a terrible person and severely mistreats his current and former employees. do everyone a favor and avoid this location as well as the granger one.
Best kept secret Biggby location. Always the best service. But please dont go there, I like being able to go thru the drive thru without waiting.
