Food is good, but my wife works there. She's ok too.
The Arbys we had in Sturgis closed quite awhile ago, but hearing talks about us getting another one built up here is exciting. They have an awesome classic chicken sandwich that I'm obsessed with. The shredded lettuce on it ensures every bite you get some, and the mayo is placed on top and bottom buns, making that also perfect placement and taste for that sandwich. Awesome mozzarella sticks that are crispy and so cheesy. Cooked perfectly. Three Rivers and Portage both have made delicious food and super fast too. My son loves the white cheddar macaroni. He says it's the best.
Y’all… Arby’s sauce is a must. Even if we don’t ask for it. THROW. IT. IN. THE. BAG. PERIODTTTTTT. Other than. That. Fill your fries, throw arby sauce in the bag. Thank you !!!
Good service, good food, don't like steak burger though, bun to chewy and too much condiments, made it gooey...
The help is getting better. The drive through lane was moving fairly quickly and the young man taking orders was respectful and competent. Definitely an improvement from the last time I was here.
Food was good, but they seem to be struggling with workers, as is everyone else in the area. I will go back
Sat at the drive though for 10 minutes and was not interacted with at all, even to just ask “hold on”. When we finally gave up and pulled off, we received the most hateful glance from the individual with bright red or pink hair. This person then went on to take the person behind us’s order as soon as we they pulled up. Terrible service, or lack-thereof.
sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes because they forgot the chicken nuggets i ordered. tried to hand me one bag without any nuggets, sauce, or straws for my drinks.
Normally good, but today they got all 4 of our sandwiches wrong. We ordered simple Arby's melts and we received 4 "Arby's Melts" with lettuce and tomato minus any form of cheese on them.
Only purchased the large chocolate shake on this trip. Service speed was average in todays market. Their shakes are the best value in my opinion from a price:quantity value. And the flavor is top notch.
