staff is rude. went and wanted a specialty shake and asked if the prices were the same as regulars and she sighed kinda like “ugh”, and said it’s on the menu. went to window to get the shake and the little boy was also rude, needs to learn manners and decency if he’s gonna have a job interacting with people, it was right when they opened, june 4. they need an attitude check.
Horrible location. No air conditioning, front door wide open letting flys and exhaust fumes in. Lobby looks like a ran down day care. No ice for drinks. You have to ask for condiments that SHOULD come with your items. Management talks to employees and customers as if they are below her intelligence. The standards must have went out the window. Last trip to this location. Only plus side was the food was ok once I got it after 20min waiting to order at the counter as the drive through took presidency over waiting lobby customers.
Had to wait a while in the drive thru but everything was correct when we received our order.
Sign says they close at 10pm. It is 9:14pm. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to say something. I tried opening the door to go in and order, it's locked. 3 employees sitting inside and not one has said one word to me. Horrible service.
Expect to wait at least 30 minutes to get your food . pop machine has no ice and no carbonation employees just standing around talking . And then when you go to see what’s taking so long you pretty much need to re-order because nobody knows what you ordered. But my sandwich was good ?
Came threw drive threw last evening (Wednesday the 15th) ordered 3 food items 1 shake. Was given 5 food items and shake. Didn't check until home was given wrong order and ordered fish got 3 beef and cheddar. Upset I didn't get order won't eat roast beef. Too far to go back waste of $$$$. Don't bother following link owners give it doesn't work. No one is interested in making things right. Pathetic
20 minutes in the drivethru, not unreasonable but definitely not good. Need more staff... Employee at the window seemed like the only one besides a cook.Order was correct minus the mozzarella sticks, I assumed I would get marinara with it but apparently may need to be requested. Also no ice in soda, that's just weird.
I went with my friend Johnny, I don't go to Arby's. It's been years since I've been there. The curly fries were awesome and my sandwich was fire!
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Don’t go to this location can never actually assure you’ll get to order. Have went to this location multiple times. Doesn’t seem like employees want to work ever, called while in drive thru and asked if they were open (had to call two times because first time they didn’t answer and let voicemail get it) and they said they were closing early because it was slow. Was only 8pm and they close at 10pm. Have went here a previous time at 1pm and said they couldn’t serve food because their manager wasn’t there.
8:00 pm on a Sunday, I pull in to make a quick order to take to my mom. Sitting in the drive-thru for over 5 minutes with no response from anyone. I finally pull around to the front of the store (thinking they might have closed early and had a sign) - no sign, and the workers are sitting in the dining area on their phones.I get people are tired of the grind nowadays, but c'mon...
