It was different this time. They don't have the happy hour anymore. The 50% is over now! It's nice from time to time to have a place that have a good deal from time to time with the increase of prices of food and no increase in salary makes a big difference.

came in as a door dash we at 2pm on saturday july 2nd, the first girl was a short brown skin girl she immediately took over my phone without permission and confirmed the order which i’m not supposed to do until i get the food she then proceeded for 5 mins to stand in front of me while my food was sitting behind her finally another girl while girl that was working drive thru came over and didn’t help me, after a couple more mins she came back and gave me the food and tried to also take my phone, and i told them they need to not confirm an order bc it messes up what i’m doing and she said that’s not my problem so just tell them don’t be take other people phone or be trying to do doordashers job and don’t just stand around and let the food get cold
They were really busy with drive thru so I had to wait a while in the dining room but the food turned out to be good so I wasn't even upset.
I have not been at any Arby's for years. On a whim I drove in. Staff was not busy, no other customers at that time. I live alone and chatted with several young people. I rarely have anyone to talk to for months.I asked a lot of questions due to my annoying medical issues that don't allow me to eat some of the wonderful and appetizing products your company provides.If there had been customers wait I never would have stayed. I don't like to cause others to wait. They have active lives, I don't.Your staff was so helpful and patient, I returned again today.
Literally terrible. Dining room closed to DoorDash and employees outside gossiping by the trash. You telling me you couldn’t bring the order out to me instead of making me wait?
Was very good fast food. Their change from potato cakes to crinkle fries was a surprise, occurring sometime during the pandemic, but the fries were good. The roast beef is just as tender and moist as I had remembered and you can't beat a jamocca shake.
I've never had a complaint about this place until the other day. My order was to go, and when I got home, I checked my beef and cheddar, and of course, no cheddar. My husband and I just spent $24 there. It was pouring down rain so I did not want to make another trip there. I ate my sandwich anyways, but am very disappointed.
Still a cut above what has become "normal" fast food. It would appear the only issue with Arby's is the lack of available labor in the work force. We're losing our way...nobody wants to work anymore. Listen to the media and everything is free - why get a job ? Smh...
They are always Fresh and even if the wait is a little long it's always worth it! Appreciate the hard working Crew and Great Management ?
