Went inside around 6pm and it was VERY busy of course. My order was taken quickly by a very kind and helpful gentlemen who tolerated all my questions with a smile. If he wasn’t taking orders, he was opening the door for customers. I could see in back of him a crew of VERY efficient workers. I watched as they all worked in harmony. Everyone working there tonight seemed pleasant. I came home and told my husband about my good experience and he said “ At a fast food place? “ lol
Every time I have came here my order has never been right a single time. Seems like they just like making their own job harder by added the things I asked to take off and it’s always the sauce. I wouldn’t complain and just pick it off but you can’t pick sauces off, the whole dang meal ruined.
The food is always wrong. This location apperantly needs a new district and general manager. The staff just does not care, for such a nice new building, you'd think they could get a single order without modifications correct.
Visited friday around noon. Drive thru line was long, so I went in. Very quick service. Shout out to the young girl with short hair she was really hustling preparing food.
As far as taco bell goes, this one is just right. Very friendly staff, perfect orders everytime. Perfect cure for the munchies.
It was as expected but my only wish is they give u more hot sauce. What? Is it like the great sauce depression.
It's your typical taco bell. High prices for food that doesn't satisfy your hunger. Yum!brands still has the dining room locked in all their restaurants so it's drive thru or Uber only. I can't rate the dining room cleanliness, or evaluate restrooms at this time because of it, therefore, I can not honestly give a star for cleanliness, though I do see employees tending the parking lot and dumpster area. The staff is inconsistent in both performance and presentation. So I'm withholding another star for that reason.
Ordered over $60 worth of food. Missed items, no hot sauce packets, no napkins. I called the restaurant, only to be told that mistakes happen, talking very condescending, and brushed off my complaint as if this is the normal way of business. This just doesn't happen with this particular Taco Bell. It's a problem throughout their chain. Will NOT be ordering or visiting ANY Taco Bell going forward. Get your organization together!! Truly pathetic experience!!
Pretty good for fast food. Burrito good. Not much filling in the dorito taco. Needs more.
