This is the best Schoop's for food and service. Even though they are short handed they still deliver excellent service and food. The waitress was friendly and answered our questions with patience and with great knowledge of their menu. The food was very good and our waitress always found time to check in us. High five to the staff for not showing the fact they were doing the job of more then one person.

We stopped on our way home from Chicago. Hadn't been to a Schoop's in years. Burger was as delicious as I remember and the basket of fries was an absolute mountain. Service was outstanding.

Big flat burger crispy on the edges. Fries were perfect and stayed warm longer served in a basket.

The only thing that I think would make this burger outstanding would be if they didn't leave the paper thin burger grease on the ends which comes from smashing them down. Best hot dog I've ever had I might add. The older woman waitress at the Crown Point location on Main is so combative and mean for whom I don't go near.

Good burgers and fries. Fast friendly service.

Love me some Schoop's. Nancy and the ladies are great and the food is quality. The Mickey and soup is my go to for lunch. Their beef n barley is the best. If the soup of the day is not to your liking the onion rings are great. When with a pal, chili cheese fries or Irish nachos are the way to go.Not all Schoop's have breakfast, but their breakfast is good stuff as well.

Old school diner feel with delicious burgers and some yummy fries with cheese and ranch are my favorites. The tomato basil soup was really good as well. Servers are friendly and do a great job. Also try the green river soda or as a shake.

You have to get the Mickey with Schoops everything add Mayo! Delicious! The fries are good, but the onion rings are out of this world!

Service was great. Bacon cheeseburger was more than filling. Fries were a bit overdone, at least for me. Overall, great.

Man, I wanted to love this place. I walked in and seated myself as the sign said. After 8 minutes or so and no one showing up I got up to see if I needed to order up front. (first time here)As soon as I stood up a lady said they would be right there and I was quickly served. I wish my receipt said who my waitress was, she was AWESOME! She quickly took my order, and after a few minutes my meal arrived. My burger was a HUGE disappointment. I ordered a double cheeseburger, the meat patty was maybe 50% larger than the bun and it was pressed so flat and burned on the outside most of it was not edible. I wish I'd taken pictures, but seriously...how flat does the meat need to be pressed? When I take a bite and it's crunching maybe that's enough??
