Outstanding service, extensive drink list and delicious food! Make reservations on weekends. Seating available at the bar or in the dining room. Prices are high but quality of food makes it palatable (pun intended). Try the Sweet Thai Chili Cauliflower appetizer. The porterhouse comes with 2 sides and a salad and is enough to share. We added a lobster tail (pictured here). Thanks Scott and team for the excellent service. We will be back!
I have been to Prime Steakhouse pre pandemic and it was exceptional. From the wait staff, the food out of this world. A very nice experience.Now, I do have a complaint. Yesterday, I dined with 4 of my school colleagues. Everything was great. The waitress, the food, the ambiance was wonderful. Then came our checks. My friend had ordered a VO on the rocks. Okay, fine. But then there is an additional charge of $4.00per drink for ice? I have never heard of something like this. If you are charging for ice, I believe it should be posted on the menus, in the bar, etc. When ordering alcoholic beverages the waitress should have stated this additional charge.
The food has definitely gone downhill over the years. It used to be good but not anymore. As many people mentioned the tables are packed in. My husband and I were seated in the corner and we had a couple next to us and we might as well have pushed our tables together. We spoke to them most of dinner. My husbands salad was dead when it came out. He sent it back. I ordered a chicken sandwich that came with lettuce and they gave me a handful of salad mix. The couple next to us ordered a special that was crab stuffed whitefish and the portions were laughable for the $45+ price tag. He even asked the server where the rest of it was. It was maybe 5 bites on his plate. The one thing they have going for them is dessert. The best carrot cake around but we've been told that comes from a bakery in Chicago. There are so many better places to dine in the area.

Wait staff was amazing, Debbie waited on us, my girlfriend, my 85 y.o. grandma and my 8 y.o. daughter all commented how good she was, food was out of this world, PERFECT doesn't do it justice.Made a reservation for 6 on Friday, had to call and back it up to 7, then came late because parking was scarce, still was treated very well, waited about 10 mins for table, it was a packed house. Still had an unbelievable good meal, and a great time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Great appetizer. Had the calamari. For dinner the rack of lamb. Excellant ! The waitress Amber , was very good, very friendly . Great experience
We loved Prime before the remodel, and really love what they've done since. I had the special Dry Aged Ribeye and it was fantastic! Bursting with flavor! Was happy to see a decent amount of Bourbons on the menu, but would always be welcome to seeing a few more of the "hard to find" options. Some familiar faces with the waitstaff who always do a wonderful job and have the best personalities!
This is my second time at this restaurant. The food is great and reasonably; The service is great and a very friendly environment. I would definitely be back and fully recommend.
The steak was very good it was nice and tender. The jar jam wine was very good and the mashed potatoes were real potatoes. The broccoli was nice and tender and the staff was very nice. The atmosphere was very nice a little loud at times .We made a reservation and when we got there the place was super busy and we got in about 10 min after our time. I would go back here and try some other foods.Nice selection of whiskey.
Great dining experience. We sat at the bar on a busy Saturday night and enjoyed cocktails, dinner, and dessert! From beginning to end everything was amazing. We can’t wait to go back.
