Melissa the manager renewed my faith after a manager at the Hut in rt. 30 became very nasty and hung up on me. I went to test store to see who this young lady was after she refused to tell me her name. I videoed the incident and turned it over to pizza hut....not much reaction other than a free pizza code
I believed in crown point for over 18 years and ordered from Pizza Hut numerous numerous times Never have I been treated the way I was treated today on the phone with a young man who answered to take my order I work in customer service Never would an employee speak to someone like that Melissa Moving forward i hope you can find better employees if not you will lose a lot of business People struggle every day there's no need to be rude when they call somewhere where they want something And paying for it

The worst pizza I’ve ever had in my whole life! First and last time to order from there, no flavor, toppings falling off, terrible not fully baked crust!!! For $30!!! this one can’t even be compared to any any other pizza place without mentioning names, unfortunately it was the only place still open at 11pm
Driver was nice. Pasta was bland. The breadsticks had very little seasoning and they didn’t give us marinara or utensils
The food was hot and and delicious well seasoned the driver was kind a patient with my disability who strongly deserves a raise
