Our high school students report that the manager is awful to the employees.Not sure if that's changed but the wait and lack of customer interaction makes me never want to come back here.If you can't hire people because of a hostile environment in a lack of employee environment you're not going to sell pizzas.Bring Papa back. He ran this thing better even if he used some bad words.Now that I'm close enough I can see my pizzas are done and not one employee has checked.Done with you
Bad food then called in to get replacement. When I called they say the manager has no record. Bad business
Horrible management. Spoke to Jeremy when I complained about a poor experience he actually… HUNG UP! When I called back and questioned the 1hour to delivery to correct what was missing. I get the response “it will be there when it gets there” horrible leadership and customer service PERIOD!Update: expected to hear from management or the ownership on a follow up to a horrible experience, but I didn’t! In line with the overall experience and culture here.

Never cut the way I ask which shouldn’t be an issue, but trying to make enough for small kids it is. Delivery says 30mins and then it doesn’t arrive for 2 hours. Tried changing to pick up to be quicker for my family and says it will still be the same long wait as being delivered which doesn’t make sense. Just over it to be honest. Rather pay more at competitors to have better service.
My husband TRIED to order on the phone and then canceled the order bc theyre so incompetent that they don't know how to take an order and the girl threatened to charge his card after he explicitly said not to.Insane and rude and useless. Never order here
I just had the worst experience with an employee about a order I placed. The young man was yelling with attitude cause they didn't make my pizza right the second time so hopefully I get my refund back in my card. I didn't wanna give a star at all
Ordered several pizza's for a party. Jeremy and the whole staff were great. The pizza's were delicious. Thank you for great service!!
First time ordering and very pleased with the quality of the food and the great attitude of the employees. Will definitely be ordering again.
Ordered online and has a 2hr 30 min wait and cant even answer the phone so no way of cancelling your order.
