By far one of the most unprofessional McDonald's in the region. I went to buy happy meal toys for my son and had to deal with a very rude worker. She was not willing to look for the happy meal toys and was short and impatient. I try my best to NEVER come to this establishment because it's always a horrible experience. However, I was looking for the last two sonic toys for my son. I should have had better judgement and went somewhere else.
I don't go to Crown Point too often but this was the best meal by far I've gotten from a a Mickey D's in a very long time. it was fresh and hot and not even a special order. Dbl cheese Quarter Pounder, fries and a drink.
It was clean and it took awhile to get our order but it was good
Disappointing quality control. Either a manager doesnt exist or the franchise owner couldnt care less.
UNBELIEVABLE!! ASKED FOR 2 HASH BROWNS, 3 SAUSAGE MCMUFFINS ONE WITH EGG. WAS LAST THREE TIMES HOW MANY WITH EGG AND HOW MANY WITH NO EGG, THEN THEY DON'T PUT THE HASH BROWNS IN THERE AND THEY GIVE ME A HAM AND EGG AND TWO SAUSAGE MCMUFFINS WITH EGG!!! BUT THESE GUYS WANT 15 AN HOUR AND CAN'T EVEN GET A SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT?? HERE'S THE ISSUE THIS ISN'T JUST A ONE-TIME MISTAKE IT'S ALL THE TIME.
Only come here because my daughter likes Happy Meals. Spent 9 dollars on a deluxe quarter pounder meal. Sat waiting for 10 minutes for my food while atleast 15 cars behind received their food. When I finally received my "food" the burger was not only cold, but raw in the middle and looked like my daughters classmates put the condiments on. And on top of that I didn't even receive my fries. Will never go back and now my daughter is sad because I refuse to go back.
This is a good location. Not super happy cuz it's busy. But atleast they are not grumpy.Thank you for being great.
Went through the drive thru and we only had one car in front of us. Guy asked us to pull to the second window and said food would be there in about 2 minutes, 10 minutes later here comes our food and the fries are cold. Everyone knows cold McDonald's fries are ? . Sorry guys but all I can give you is a 3. Rest of the food was hot. Should be policy fries are the last to thing to be put in the bag so they stay hot.
It's McDonald's what can I say. You want fast food go here. You want great tasting food go somewhere else.
What is the point in having two lanes if you're only going to take orders out of one lane while the cars are lining up in the second lane and then when you finally do get to take your order they're rude and then when you get your food it was old and Soggy my hash browns tasted like they were cooked yesterday morning and reheat it in the microwave today every time I go to this McDonald's the food is always disgusting and the employees are always rude that's my last time going to this McDonald's I will drive the extra distance to go to a different one if I want McDonald's that bad
