Absolutely terrible last 2 times been there just pulled out because to incompetent to take a single order with just one mealNothing special guess a number 5 is to hard to grasp
We're going to quit going to that McDonald's if they don't quit making mistakes when you order something with no onions and you bite into it and has onions that's kind of ruins it for you
This McDonald's is complete garbage. Service is awful. Even though their dining room is closed their drive thru is always behind. Smallest order and always have to pull around and wait
It does not matter what you order from this place even if it is a pop they are going to make you pull your car off and wait 15 to 20 minutes to bring it outside to you it's ridiculous.
They couldn't get a single order correct we were missing our drinks sandwiches were all screwed up and fries were ice cold and these people want to be paid $15 an hour!
Great location. They value your business here. The drive up line can be long, but moves pretty fast!
Fresh, hot crispy chicken. Little delay due to afternoon coffee order but was worth the wait for fresh brew
Drive thru was long and extremely slow, as always was told to pull up to a parking spot and wait along with the 10 cars to cut their drive thru times down. 10min later food comes out. As always food was barely warm, and my kids plain 1/4 ponders had everything on them. But isn't that what we all expect and get from McDonald's now?
The absolute worst customer service!!!! Went to the drive thru at the Winfield location and was told they would be with me in a moment... sat there for over 5 minutes and in that time they took 3 other orders in the other drive thru and still hadnt taken mine... kept saying hello with no response... so tied of the poor customer service at this location... will definitely not be going back. If you cant handle having 2 drive thru's maybe you should close one of them
