Their service was horrendous. We waited probably 30-40 minutes for three sandwiches, they tried to dissuade us from getting what was on the sandwich, and then when the sandwiches were finished they asked if we wanted the things we wanted on them- when we said we did when we ordered. I get that it’s a hard thing to do, keeping track of orders, but it doesn’t help by the fact they only say the number and then get frustrated when you don’t know what the number is- when obviously they don’t either.
This new location is great, we went for lunch and it was very busy but plenty of people working. The ingredients are always fresh and meat is sliced right when they are making your sandwich.
I have been calling this store (Crown Point, IN) for 3 days to place a large order for a family reunion....no one answers the phone!!! (I have tried at varying times.) And the website won't let me order more than 24 hours in advance. I live out of state, so can't physically go to the store. So frustrating. Does anyone know how to talk to someone at this store? Otherwise, I will need to order from one of their competitors............
I'll take my money down the street to cousin's where they actually have great food and excellent staff and service
I can't give 5 stars even though the food is always fresh. Real staff issues here. Employee gave away our sandwich to customer after us even though we spoke up. Poor owner had to come work the floor. Unfortunately every online order we try ends up wrong. I hope this fixes real soon.
Good to better the all others. Could be packed at lunch time. Sufficient amount of time waiting. Worth it if you have an hour for lunch. Parking lot and entrance. Horrible. Like a maze game. Also slapping up another building next door. Watch for parking scermishes.
Been here several times but I had Alex made me one of the best sandwiches I’ve had ever had in this place
First off, Jersey Mike’s has great sandwiches. Secondly, we all know places are struggling to staff their businesses. The group of people working at this location HUSTLE. Every time I go in, the place is busy and it’s got to be stressful keeping everything straight. These kids are doing their best and I will definitely keep coming even if there is a little wait for my food. Keep it up guys and gals!
Completely disorganized. The restaurant was dirty, the sandwich making area was loaded with food all over the place. Employees walking around not knowing what the other was doing.
Typically I like their food. Albeit slow service, especially when picking up a delivery, if you order ahead there’s no issue. Got a chicken wrap, I don’t remember which one. Crazy amounts of bone fragments. Showed the manager and cook on duty. The cook says “again!?”, so they obviously know they’re selling meat with too much bone in it. I’m aware the fda allows a certain amount of bone fragment, but the picture shows just the pieces I was able to recover from my spit out food. The only thing good about this place was the manager who took care of me to refund me. The wrap was okay. If it wasn’t for the owners sarcastic and snide comments to other reviews, I would have given 3 stars.
