HAIR IN MY COFFEE, on mouth piece!!? Marched right back in & demanded money back, no apologies, no personalities, they don't speak! No cares in the world from the millennials playing on their phones, never spoke a word nor showed any kind of customer service skills from when I first walked in to place order; just going thru the motions with hair hanging out of their hats & down not securely fastened, straight faces, acting like you're in their way. Reported it to Corporate & Seamus said they take these matters very seriously. Miguel, the district manager did call & we spoke more & he knew exactly who I was talking about & that he was not happy at all with some of the workers in general & was going to take care of things. If anyone notices changes of faces & no cell phone playing in front of customers & no hair in your stuff nor any rude service, well then house was cleaned ?
Food is fresh. Staff is very friendly and they are very fast.
I used to think they made their own donuts. Instead, they get them delivered. Get there early if you want your favorites. Don't get there too early because sometimes they haven't gotten their delivery yet.
The mocha swirl is not consistent at all. My friend got the same thing and it tastes much better than mine.
Staff is always friendly and working hard. What they do have in stock always tastes great. The dining area is well maintained and the pricing is typical. HOWEVER, they quite often start running out of things about 5 pm. Take care of that Dunkin Donuts, and I'll give you a 5th star. Don't blame it on supply chains. You do business in the food capitol of the world.

We experienced the worst young lady at the window today. No smile, no words. Asked for a drink holder and she was not happy and it showed. Then asked for a pup cup and she stormed off and shoved it at me, she looked like she wanted to throw it at me. Then said you're suppose to pay for this!! Which I gladly would have done. (Although Starbucks doesn't charge) And she turned her back on me and walked away. No hellos, no thank yous, no smiles...unbelievably rude!

The staff here are always friendly and the service is fast. Most importantly the coffee is Hor.
Overpriced, you don't get much for your money.
