Went to Culver’s and was very disappointed with my visit. I’m gonna start with my experience after I ordered. So after I ordered I went to get ketchup and all the ketchup dispensers were empty, with no packets available to grab even. Then I start searching for my seat, and that was an adventure trying to find a table that was clean. Finally found one after atleast 5 different tries. Then my food comes and it was missing an item so I went up to counter to explain I was missing an item they gave it to me with no apology for the inconvenience. Then I start eating my shrimp basket and it has lemons on it and I discover the lemon had the sticker still on it, meaning in my eyes that it might not have been washed! (See pic). Then I finish my time at Culver’s and am ready to leave and still no ketchup and tables that were dirty haven’t been touched!! Very disappointed, I thought with a new burger spot just opening across the street that they would have been at their best, I guess we live in a world now where nobody takes pride in their job and their business!!!
I placed my order online and the service was perfect. I did have a little difficulty finding the "curdside" pick up area because I was not made aware of a special pick up spot but figured they probably had one. Luckily I found it on the front street side of the building. My order was brought out so fast by the sweetest man. I've eaten at many Culver's and have to say the food here was the best that I've ever had!! Everything was piping hot and so freshly made. I got my go to meal of a pot roast sandwich, curds, and a root beer. It was all delicious. I will definitely be back to this location again!!
I am a huge fan of this culvers. We are their consistently with a large group of people twice a week and the employees are always so nice. They always go out of their way to make sure we have everything and they are always serving with a smile! On top of that I think they have the best burger in the area for how inexpensive it is! I love it and I'll keep going!
Austin, the team trainer, was FANTASTIC. His service was so wonderful - he took the time to walk us through different ice cream sizes, offered money-saving tips on making our meals into combos, and didn’t falter as we piled on five peoples’ worth of food for only two of us. It’s refreshing to interact with such a warm and welcoming employee!
I ordered through the the drive thru service, and the person taking my order was talking so low I could not here him. So I drove to the window and he told me I was a bad customer. These kids that you employ need to stop playing games and laughing . I told the guy he needs to be in a different line of work.
I love the food at Culvers, everything I've had has been good. The only complaint I have is sometimes when you have to pull your car forward, the wait can be longer than expected.
Hot food and got the order correct. Drive thru very crowded. But they move fast. Check you bags always before pulling off. But that's everywhere now days! right?
This is a classy fast food experience. They're like a cut above the BK's, McD's, etc. Concrete mixers are delish. Burgers are delish, and they have coupons, or discounts for seniors. After a tiring day we reward ourselves with Culver's.
I used the drive-thru service which I thought went well. I ordered the Cod fish meal and a hamburger. The fries were okay. The hamburger was just a hamburger nothing on it and overcook. The lemonade drink was undesirable, and the Cod fish was just a narrow piece of fish that didn't come close to covering bun it was smothered by. I also searched the bad diligently for napkins and there was none.I was sorry and wished I went somewhere else.
Food is always fresh. I just wish they could get it right. This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. I ordered a single burger and got a double instead. Cheese cups were melted since they had it on top of the hot food.
