Good reliable subs, very good bread. I love the Turkey Muenster but it's a seasonal/limited-time item.
I walked in at 6 pm on a Saturday night and no one is there or in the drive thru and when I seen the employee sitting on the equipment where food is made I now know why. I turned back around and walked out.

Ordered online after having difficulties on prior visits ordering in person. I arrived on time, but was informed it would take an additional 10 minutes for order to be ready. Ended up taking an extra 15, and order still wasn't correct. We ordered 15" subs, but only had 7-1/2" in the bag. Took another 10 minutes to fix order. I've had a number of issues in the past, so this was more of a second chance. Won't be coming here again. This place used to be great. Not anymore.

I tried their veggie sandwich and really liked it. They don’t charge extra for extra toppings. The bread tasted fresh and fries were hot. I also love their cheese curds. I highly recommend this place.
I can honestly say that I will not be going to this restaurant ever again.In addition to consistently slow and bad service, an incident that happened to me last week was beyond anything I've ever experienced.I placed an order at 10:00 AM for a 12:00 noon pick up.I arrived at 12:01 and stopped at the drive-thru speaker. I told them I had an online order and was told to pull to the window and that it would be 5 minutes.I sat at the window for 15 minutes. Someone then cam to the window and asked if I had an online order.....yes."Did you stop at the speaker?" Yes.5 minutes later..."OK, your order was given to the wrong person. Give us a few minutes. Here are two bags of chips and a drink for the trouble".5 minutes later, I was given my food and started to drive away......now over 20 minutes later.Another customer got out of his car and stopped me and said, "I just wanted to let you know that they gave me your order and I drove it all the way home 15 minutes away and brought it back....so don't worry, I don't have Covid, but you have cold sandwiches."I checked, and YES the sandwiches were cold.OMG......they literally took my sandwiches back from a customer who drove them home (while I waited at the drive thru) and then gave the bag to me.This is so ridiculously wrong! They did remake the sandwiches (another 15 minutes), but what happened is wrong and was I simply cannot go there any more in good conscience.I am deleting my app and will not be back.There are too many other sandwich choices in Crown Point.The bad news is that we really do like their products.Such a shame.There is obviously a HUGE training issue and I would guess that the problems start at the top and are not being addressed.Highly Disappointed Customer.
My turkey sub and fries were yummy ? But when I placed my order at the drive thru and I said make make it a meal with fries and Diet Coke . The guy said we don’t have Meals. I was totally confused because on the menu it say “Make it a Meal”
This is the 15 inch turkey sub I received. One half had 1 piece of meat, the other half had 2 pieces. Never got my fries. I called up, raised hell, Sam said they are training new people. He said when I come back in to get a new order he will personally make it. Well, I went back 3 days later and spoke with Sam and he was extremely apologetic and polite. Remade my sandwich and I have to say, it was WONDERFUL. Great job Sam. It's just too bad it wasn't made that way in the first place.
Worst sub I’ve ever had..Italian in Italian bread..bread old, dry..extremely small amount of meat, one thin slice cheese…..both were old. Scant amt dressing. No comparison to Jersey Mike or Lincoln. Workers were very pleasant and friendly .
