Good ice cream, tasty other treats and milkshakes. They also offer non-dairy ice cream (if you can call non-dairy stuff ice cream) for those with milk issues. The non-dairy was made from Silk brank milk. Workers are friendly, prices are fair. There is indoor seating but it is limited to a few tables. If the weather is nice outside, I recommend standing outside and eating.
This is the second time they've intentionally given me the wrong ice cream flavor.I wouldn't mind if I was told the flavor was out, I would just pick something else. It's very annoying to have to call to let them know they didn't give me what I ordered and then have them tell me they knew it was out and the "sign must have still been up". Well I verbally told you the flavor I wanted so that doesn't make sense.So now I have to make a round trip of 40 minutes. They should probably have at least one adult there since the teenagers running it can't communicate with customers
Christian, Morgan and Amanda made our take out experience WONDERFUL! I came for cheesecake bites (which they didn't have), but Morgan was so kind and accommodating. Her knowledge of the toppings and how they would fair with particular ice cream flavors was exactly what I needed to create something I could be happy with! Amanda and Christian were both pleasant and considerate to the allergy requirements of our order! Their attitudes and overall vibes were outstanding, especially because we came 10mins before closing time. Really made a pregnant ladies day! Thanks so MUCH!!!!
This place is pure trash. This is my third encounter with this particular creamery. They decided to close 30 minutes early due to the holiday, fine, but when a customer knocks to ask a question you don’t ignore them. They’ve been rude before and very dismissive when asking to add extras in my order. If I could give them 0 ⭐️ s I would, but that’s not an option. Customer service is number one and they have failed on so many attempts heck I don’t even think they try. I will not be back I would rather drive further out than to give the Crown Point store any more of my money. They need to stop hiring those immature teenagers or properly train them because it’s such a shame.
Cold Stone Creamery helped me deliver more than 1900 cups of ice cream and sorbet to five hospitals, several health centers and two fitness centers in Northern Indiana. The owner and his staff were great to work with---going above and beyond. They delivered the ice cream and carts promptly each day to our list of locations! I really appreciate all they did to make it easy to treat our healthcare workers.
I've been coming there since it opened, it started out fantastic and the combination ice cream I order all the time was always prepared the way I like it. This year it has become disappointing, I understand it's hard to find people to work nowadays, but the employees that are working there should make EVERYONE'S experience at Coldstone enjoyable. When an employee can't follow simple instructions and mix the ice cream the way they base their ads and reputation on is disappointing. As of yesterday I will find a different Coldstone to visit and hopefully I will find employees within that establishment who care about the customers experience.
It's ice cream. What more is there to say. The employees did a great job keeping their composure with all the people walking in at once with less then an hour before close.
My first time going today and I was pleasantly delighted and overwhelmed with the ?caramel crunch in the bowl. I added ? and fudge to it and I had to make a mad dash ? before it melted all over me but it was absolutely delicious! I recommend paying them a visit. ??
I ordered ice cream about 5:45 online and then i got there at 6:24 and didn’t leave till 6:45 with a little to no line. I asked for my waffle bowl on the side and two of the workers were talking to eachother and the guy said to the girl just tell her you can’t put her ice cream in a cup and the waffle bowl on the side. and the girl worker continues to say I don’t want to do it anyways so i’m not going to. She proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t allowed to do that and it would be a waste. Mind you she didn’t i’ve worked there before and know what you can and can’t do. It was extremely rude and not only that i had to go back in and get my order corrected. And the women who was making my order left the room for a while and then came back and then continued to work on my order. Only one girl out of all the workers was working on my order too. The male worker was given people dirty looks.
Still my favorite ice cream, good service. Just work a little faster!
