Absolute worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to… first and only time going to this location. Paid over $18 for a burrito bowl that was supposed to have double meat and had less than any other location gives for a single portion (around 2oz) even though it cost an extra $5, and instead of extra fajita veggies it had None. Also they left off 4 out of the other 6 toppings. The other item, a veggie burrito bowl was also missing half the toppings, and instead of extra fajita veggies it came with absolutely none as well…. Seems like they could at least remember the veggies when it’s a VEGGIE burrito bowl. So $30 for pretty much some plain bland rice and beans. One of the ABSOLUTE WORST restaurants I’ve ever been to…. Takes a lot to get me to write a bad review like this so congrats on that! Would give -5 stars if possible. Do not waste your time or $$$ going to the Crown Point, IN (Broadway) location of this restaurant chain!!!
Tell me why my bf ordered a burrito, you know those giant burritos that you can't even fit your mouth around, and it's smaller than my palm??? He got everything that normally comes on a burrito and it's teeny tiny! Totally not worth $9+ Then when I ordered my bowl I had to ask the girl multiple times to add a little extra because she wasn't even giving full scoops of the "what's inside" ingredients... I'd expect this more with extra toppings like queso and guac. As I paid for my item I heard people in line behind me asking for "a little more" of this or that because they're used to getting a full burrito/ bowl not half the amount! In total we spent 23$ and I'll never be returning to this chipotle again. My money was wasted and I'm sure he'll be hungry in 30 mins with that itty bitty burrito... Sigh
This location is nowhere near other chipotle’s standards. To begin, they are very skimpy on portioning. Chipotle teaches that one full scoop is their correct portioning, and this location doesn’t even do half of that and charging $10.00 for steak when the portions aren’t correct, meaning they are ripping you off. The employees here are extremely rude, lots of young people who you can tell do not care for the customers or their job. At the same time, if you ask them for anything extra or to add more, they get aggressive and rude with you. Corporate needs to do a check in with this location and perhaps put better managers into place that actually care.

I don't think it is appropriate to have a red bucket of cleaning water sitting next to several customer's food, while the person cleaning is dripping soapy water on the counter. The staff there must think of a better time to clean. Next time I see this I am going to walk out.
I cannot stress how dissatisfied I am with this Chipotle location. I was passing through on my way home from school and decided to stop in for a burrito, only to be accosted by the staff for my order. Not only were the staff members preparing my order incredibly rude, but they proceeded to engage the other employees in the kitchen and laugh at me for my order. All I got was rice, chicken, and beans; nothing crazy or worthy of this treatment. I was absolutely humiliated by this behavior and I hope that the staff members responsible are held accountable for their unnecessary cruelty. My visit was at 9:30PM on March 9, 2022.
Always a long wait. No meat or chicken…wait can be 20-30 min. This has happened multiple times Manager should focus on this production issue and quickly. Stood there waiting for steak to be cooked.For 10 minutes along with about 10 others waiting on either chicken or steak. By the looks of the reviews it’s a huge problem. Don’t bother asking for the manager. She didn’t seem to care along with the entire staff. No apology for anyone. Horrible…period
Garbage!! No effort from a rude staff...and not just one...3 of them were rude!! Messed up a simple burrito bowl. Wrong meat, missing items, extra items not ordered. Food wasn't warm...but was cold....and the Mexican Coke was warm. Awful attempt at trying to do their job.
I order pick up often at this location and normally they never have my order ready for the time slot that I select for pick up. They also barely put any food in my bowls that I pay $12 for. I counted out 7 cut up pieces of tiny steak in my bowl today and maybe a half scoop of rice. This is absolutely ridiculous for $12. I will just have to go in for now on and monitor it to make sure I don’t get ripped off and or just never eat at this location again.
I’ll never eat at Chipotle again. Went to this location on a Thursday evening to order burrito bowls for my husband & I. Everything was running low I’m guessing because they were closing in an hour and not replenishing any food. The entire counter area around the food containers was dirty and I just had a bad feeling. Got the food home (5 minute drive) and the rice was hard as a rock, chicken had a weird texture and lettuce was brown on all edges. Everything tasted funny and we didn’t make it half way through our bowls before we tossed them. Ended up getting very sick that night and doctor said it was a stomach bacterial infection probably from contaminated food. This is the second time I got sick from Chipotle and shame on me for giving it another go. Never again.
