They either need to fix what is wrong, or get out, and let another business take that location
It's okay , will this place ever re-open since the fire back in November of last year , or is it closed permanently.
Updating: Before fire Service had become much better.Thank you upper management.Look, it is fast food not Gourmet. Part of the problem is the high turnover in employees. These places never pay their employees well so the care Factor just is not there. I have had a long wait in the drive thru even when I'm the only car.
Fast service, respectful cashier and hot food and the new meatless burger was awesome, The impossible burger!
Awesome place to go for lunch. The manager Melanie is super nice. I would love to work for her.
Yesterday we ordered two Whoppers with cheese made special. Both were made wrong. Our coupon was returned to us, and we were given NO receipt. We live in Gary, a good distance away. I called and spoke to Melanie, a manager there. She was very polite. Today we went back there, a 25 minute trip one way, to get our replacement sandwiches. The cashier literally THREW the bag onto the counter when giving it to my husband! The sandwiches were made correctly, although mine, with lettuce, ketchup and onion only, had the bulk of the ingredients on only one half of the sandwich! They need to learn to treat their customers better!

Food was made to order. Normal fast food place.
Went there in the morning, really nice staff!! Always very happy :) good breakfast too
