Very disappointed, boneless wings were so hard we couldn’t eat them, fries were cold and nuggets were cut in halves (not to sure why). I worked fast food 15 years!!! Customers like there food hot and fresh and most of the time they are willing to wait for fresh food. Pull them forward and make food fresh!!!!
Five stars for Cooper who was very professional, kind and thorough in serving us. Kitchen staff needs training on professionalism and how to speak properly to their team members. Guests in the dining room can hear you, even the ones in the back tables of the restaurant. Thank you, Cooper, for providing excellent service and caring so much about your guests. You're going to go far, kid!
The worst fast food experience ever! The woman taking orders was flat out rude. Horrible attitude. First got rude because I didn’t say what size I wanted quick enough for her. Asked for a receipt was told the receipt machine was done. Ok well I didn’t hear the total so I paid but ask for the total again so I knew how much I just paid. She asked like I insulted her she slammed the window and storm off. Asked for sauces and was ignored. If I treated someone like that at my job I wouldn’t have one we’re all short staff but come on.
It's one of the better choices fast foods wise and the staff was nice. The cost to quantity is not what it once was sadly.
Manager was rude yelling at his employees when I was dining in. They called him over there and his name was kj to help with something and he was yelling at them because he was busy having a conversation with a friend in the dining room and was complaining how he cant even handle his personal business without being interrupted. Made my 9 year old uncomfortable. Will never return

Service was pretty good, however the wait time was a little long and I got crinkle fries instead of curly, there were only 2 of us in the dining room.
So, I know this location is severely understaffed. I see a lot of complaints on the Nextdoor app and such. Lastnight I came through at 7pm. Wasn’t busy at all and the girl was super nice but she was over worked, anyways, I came for two half pound roast beef sandwich’s and I decided to try the boneless wings. I spent $32 which is about normal. But when I tell you I had to throw my whole meal away, I was disgusted. I had a horrible day as it is ( I’m a nursing student and this is finals week ) plus my child had surgery so I was deff exhausted. Anyways, both my sandwiches were PINK.. not just a little here and there.. 3/4 of the beef was not cooked, it was cold, then in the middle of the sandwich there was cubes of beef. Little chopped up pieces that looked like dog food from a can. My fiancé tried it & spit it out immediately, he said it tasted disgusting and didn’t want to get sick. The wings were also cold. Now I live within 5 min of this location so driving home wasn’t the reason. I’m dissatisfied and extremely disappointed. We both ended up just going to bed without eating, I tried calling the location but no one answered the phone. I’m ashamed. Thanks for adding the cherry to a bad day.
