So glad I can get chicken now and not have to go to greenwood so clean there staff didn't want their pics taken but we're so giving the manager is getting it together he's making good changes staff so friendly and for fresh food definitely place to go fries are real potatoes buns amazing thank you
Apparently they don’t give you forks when you order delivery??? It’s “up to the person delivering your order to put utensils in the bag”. I ordered through the wingstop website, so your employee messed up. Let me just enjoy my saucy boneless wings with my fingers while I work in the ER <3 bless.
It’s a shame this location is so mismanaged. The Greenwood location is excellent. We walked in and the staff was all joking around and not working. Playing loud rap music and cursing. We waited over 30 minutes and they told us they were swamped despite almost no customers and the staff not working. Some customers tried to cancel their orders after waiting so long. Some food was cold coming out. Huge disappointment.
This is my first time here and all I ordered was a small 6 boneless wing combo with veggie sticks. It has been half and hour and I'm very upset with how long 6 boneless wings take to cook. I never write reviews but this is ridiculous. And they aren't busy at all.
We waited over 30mins for two 8 piece wing combos.The fries were cold. The wings were cold.The seasoning on the fries was really good though. Some kind of sweet salt. And I loved the mild sauce on my wings. But waiting that long was kind of ridiculous. Especially when they weren’t busy.Oh. And the girl who took our order, high as a kite. If she wasn’t, I’ll be surprised. She wouldn’t even look at us. And acted super annoyed that we were even in there.
First time trying Wing Stop. Only 3 people in the store, but the service was a bit slow for not being busy. Got a large order of thigh bites, original hot, fries, and a drink. The order totaled 12 bucks, but it was a lot of food. Chicken was really good. Dipped it in a side order of the atomic sauce. That stuff has got some kick to it! The fries have a unique flavor and are soft like thick homemade. Not what I'm used to, but they were good. The oversized carryout bag is a little different. I would certainly go again sometime.
Made a carry out order with a 30 minute wait time on it. Waited 35 minutes before going inside to get it. Employee told me it was on the "make line". Sat down and waited another 45 minutes before finally getting my wings. They were good which is why I left two stars instead of one but there is no reason it should take 4 people an hour & 15 minutes to make 20 wings. Especially not while I'm one of the only 2 customers in here. Very disappointing trip.
Just stopped in at 7:45pm. We were told by the person running the counter they were not accepting any in-person or carry-out orders because they were too busy. There were only 4 people in the whole restaurant. We were really excited for Wingstop to come to town, not sure if we'll try again.
The wings was awesome. It's just the time it took to get the food that's concerning. We ended up waiting over an hour for 2 small orders of wings.
Was not impressed wings were hard and dry fries were half cooked and soggy. On up side they did have order right and ready fast.
