Find new management. Couldn’t point them out if they were there but employees look very unkept. Hair covering their face. Shirts looked like 3 sizes too big. Just all looked sloppy. Kid taking orders just waited til the car left before taking next order. Doesn’t help out when they are clearly running slow. I don’t think they are understaffed just poorly managed. No priority of work and whole bunch of standing around joking.Just saw a picture from 5 years ago everyone in same shirt with apron. Crazy how far it’s gone from this standard.

We stopped in today 7/9. This has to be the dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been in. I had to quit looking around because it was greasy and crusty. The dirt and buildup on equipment was visible from the counter. The vents overhead were leaking and moldy. The glass in waiting room was streaked with crud.They had plenty of staff and everyone was friendly. However instead of standing around and visiting they should of been cleaning that nasty mess.Wendy's should be embarrassed and the health dept. needs to check them out

The staff who was there later in the night was friendly. They also didn't get an attitude when I ordered and was making sure I ordered enough for my kids. Then didn't have an attitude when I came back through because I didn't order for myself.

Ok prices, ok food, extremely slow service. In drive through they stated they are "taking one order at a time" waiting until the first car got their food to take the next order. While waiting in the drive through, the employees inside were just standing around.

Depending on the time of day service is extremely slow, and the food quality is usually always below the other Wendy's on the main street in columbus. Better off going to that one

Rude is the word I’d use for this location. Cold food on both occasions I ate here with attitude on the side. I wouldn’t recommend.

Went there and there was only maybe three of them working. Waiting in drive thru over an hour. But it was ok cause there was a bad storm come through and a lot of businesses were without power. My food was hot and good. So I give praises.

Some employees are RUDE and also mistook my order(ex I ordered full size salad with pomegranate vineger dressing but came with different dressing) so I went back next day and explained a youg guy at 2nd window(where u get your order) he looked out me after I explained to 1st window guy and than a lady handed a paper bag w/o apologize or anything. I bet they were talking something behind of my back. I had to stop at parking lot and check all of my order. They blame customer for their mistake and not even apologize. needless to say my avocado salad got old and turned brown by the time I get to eat the salad i couldn't eat bc of their mistake. Also a pack of dressing is NOT enough for full size salad. I usually get 2 pack of dressing but only a pack this time.this store ppl need better training and fix their attitude. Oh and btw 1st window guy was professionally handled me just other employees who have some rudeness

I'm not sure what takes so god-forsaken long but the food. Anything I could possibly get is not restaurant quality, hell not even Applebee's quality. So what is going on back there that takes so long?I'm beginning to think everyone is really stoned and losing everything.not intentionally just they're really REALLY stoned.

Food is never bad but it's fast food as per usual. Only issue was the time of day we were there was super busy and they only had one young kid up front taking orders.
