First off, I had food delivered to my house. Not only did they charge me for the lunch special (that comes with soup) I didn’t get my soup, but also brought me the wrong kind of chicken. I called and calmly explained the confusion, and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She told me I didn’t tell her I wanted soup after I specifically said the LUNCH SPECIAL. She told me I could come into the store and pay AGAIN for the soup I was supposed to initially get. Bad customer service and didn’t get what I ordered. Over all just bad service.
