Needs more staff or needs to open dine in, drive thru is always almost backed up to the entrance during rush hours. It's been drive through only for probably 2 years now...
Well over a year has past since covid restrictions have been lifted yet still no dining room or dine in available. No one here can say if it will ever open again. Also why ask what sauce we would like if you don't actually put it in the bag
This Taco Bell gets it right. Anytime I go out to this Taco Bell in the evening time...my order is correct and the wait is not long. The employees are always kind and they do a great job with the presentation, portions and accuracy of the meal. If you're craving Taco Bell around dinner time and even breakfast...the crew generally does an amazing job.
This place is a joke if you call it fast food it's definitely very slow. And most of the time what you want is exactly what they are out of. Wouldn't recommend it.
Stop for gas next door and the gas station restrooms were out of order. 10:05 a.m. Taco Bell was open but the lobby was locked and the gentleman would not let me in to use the restroom. Columbus Indiana is apparently not a great place to stop along your route if you have to go to the restroom, as Freddy's Steakburgers on the other side of the gas station would also not allow me to use their restroom even though their Lobby was open.
Didn't get all of our food and the Mexican pizza was just a mess and all over the box. Seems every time they leave something out of our order.

What can I say? Well it depends on the time of the day that you go and sometimes service can be a hit or miss, especially when they're busy. So you can't expect every order to be prefect, especially at night. Otherwise the staff are doing a good job and the service is satisfactory. Go grab yourself a taco or 12. ??
Open for delivery and drive thru service. Drive thru was a little busy so in and out around 20-25 minutes to get to order and pick up so no complaint, just wish the fryer was functional, so we could've tried the crispy wings
Quick and as ordered. Recommend putting up sign that only drive-thru is open.
