Why do you people even have a door dash option? I watched my dasher wait their for 15 minutes before getting my food and delivered it to me faster than it was “made”. Stale quesadilla, melted drink, and soggy tacos. If my food was fresh as soon as it was given to my dasher it wouldnt have been all of those things. You guys are embarrassing. Majority of columbus will never take this location seriously. And the manager? They clearly have nobodies running things.
Taco supremes usually never have lettuce or tomato one of the twob always missing guess they're out and don't wanna tell you, also every time I order chili cheese burritos they are tiny and COLD. Cheese not even melted. You'd think for three dollars they would make them bigger than a cheese roll up. They try to make them short so they look fat
The quality and service has gotten much better than in the past. The order accuracy isn't so good. Nearly every time, something is wrong with my order. But the food still turns out good, and they don't skimp on ingredients.
I know as time change professionalism is becoming something different but I think not sitting down in the dining room and hearing the F bomb multiple times and the female body part that is commonly referred to with the letter P would not be too much to ask
This taco bell is usually great. Their customer service is friendly and they make good food. I gave 4 stars because they can be slow sometimes.
The food was cold. They kept touchingTheir hair and playing on the their phones we were in line for over any hour and they this didn't get are order we were missing stuff from are order
ordered on the mobile app just to get there to pick up order and power went out. nothing due to the stores fault but I had already ordered my food and paid online and then finally get old I have to call the corporate office for my refund. the app needs an option to be able to cancel an order in the event of a power outage at the store or anything.
We ordered from drive thru. Food was great! Even though they were packed that day, we didn't have to wait for our food. I have been to other's where I had to wait a good while.
The food isn't bad. They just need more staffing so that way the drive-thru isn't taking so long. I got there 5 minutes after 5 and left that about 5:30.
Horrible service walked 10 blocks with my two children and my youngest who is special needs had a meltdown because we couldn't get food going in through the lobby. All I got was an excuse to not lock the doors cause of Doordash when they should be calling to let your employees know they're there for pickup.
