Food wasn't to bad... But the waitress wouldn't leave us alone telling us about her freaking issues. And how bad they are treated working there. If you can handle all that. Try it out. Maybe you will like it better than we did.
Food was very good. Service great but, mixed drinks high price and very little in glass.
Never was I this disappointed at a Red Lobster. Not a very good experience overall. We ordered clam chowder, lobster bisque, grilled salmon, kispy shrimp in kung pao noodles, jumbo coconut shrimp and cocktail shrimp. Of all these only the coconut shrimp and lobster bisque were good. Rest all didn’t taste as they ought to be at a red lobster. Salmon was bland. I make it better at home ?. On top of that they missed a juice we ordered. Maybe they were out of orange juice, but they didn’t acknowledge it either. The restaurant was so empty. It’s probably this kind of experience that’s driving the customers away. They better take corrective measures, or they may not survive for long.
Had great service with manger Teresa and my waitress was Amber who was very attentive but yet allowed me to eat my meal in peace. The service was fine, food came quicker than I expected. My meal was exactly what I ordered. Was even asked to cut my steak so I was satisfied as to the way I ordered it. My overall experience was great. The first time I went to the Columbus Red Lobster, but I will visit very soon. Columbus Indiana
Got the sirloin and lobster tail special. Asked for medium rare but steak was closer to medium well done. Also had quite a bit of gristle. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Good job!
The portions were a lot smaller than a year ago, with prices being much higher.Service was not the best and the servers apron looked like it had not been laundered in weeks. We had a gift card and the balance we paid in cash and the server did not give us our change back.
Ordered the trout big mistake, it had to be the worst fish I've ever eaten. I will give them credit they seen I didn't like my order they offered to replace it for another order of my choice, I declined stating I ordered it. When I received my bill they had taken 20% off my total order because I didn't like my order. Thank you .
Waitress was very good. Never ran out or water or shrimp. I had the endless shrimp first round may have been slightly over cooked, but the following rounds was perfect
I asked the manager where Larry was. They had no idea who he was. Like it’s not my fault that I wanna live life like Larry. So enraged that I sat down and proceeded to check the menu. I ordered a dish of cheddar biscuits and was then later rolled out a copious amount of lobsters. Confused but hungry, I ate them anyway. I then noticed some swim trunks on one of the lobster tails. I had eaten Larry the lobster. Now I go up to the manager not wanting to face legal charges, then was asked to leave several times before leaving. Though I did get my biscuits and they were really good. I recommend.
Food was just awesome!! Our server was the best...wish I could remember her name!! Always get treated to, attentively, when we've been here.Just need to have Fair Oaks fix the drive...wow, that's horrible!!
