Used to dine in and eat here all the time, due to the lack of sales I’m guessing they can’t keep employees. They are always short staffed. Maybe they are underpaid? I’m not sure. Just sucks classic dine in at Pizza Hut is dying off. Sad to see it go.
This Pizza Hut was destined for ruin. We hadn't ordered anything from them for over a year. Decided to try the new Edge Pizza. We have been wowed both times. Delicious!! Hail to The Hut!!
Despite being 4 people short during a big rush Samantha kept her composure and focus and managed big order after big order while being short on staff. Highly recommend giving her a raise or a bonus because she could have easily walked out.
We ordered the new Edge Pizza with thin crust. My husband and I agree; best pizza we have had from this Pizza Hut in years. Crust was crispy; lots of toppings; absolutely delicious!! We'll definitely be ordering this pizza again. Please give this pizza a chance. Think they are under new mgt. Again, it was delicious...YUM!!
Decided to give Pizza Hut another chance after over a year today. At 7:30, we received our delivery order. All we had ordered two pans of the chicken pasta, and asked had upgraded to cheese sticks. Hard to mess up, right? When we got our food, the cheese sticks were missing and the pasta not only looked but tasted as if it was made hours ago and was not warm. I have called multiple times, and not once has anyone picked up the phone. Twice, I selected “new order” on the phone and asked to be transferred to this store, but no one picked up. I try to be understanding, as I also work in fast food, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t recommend ordering from this store.
Sat there for 10 minutes while two employees sat there making boxes. They didn't even acknowledge we were there. So we walked next door to Hot Box pizza. Excellent service and even better pizza. We will not be going back to pizza hut ever again
I ordered over 2 hours ago for delivery. Wait time was to be 30-45 minutes. Still says they are preparing my food. When I called the 4x to see whats going on, I get hung up on. Worst service.
Really bad experience, had a online pick up order, the pizza crust was broken at several places, holes were poked in crust. A frozen pizza would have been better option than this location. The cashier added his own tip on my card after I signed the receipt. Shut this place down, never going there again.
They did not give us all of our food then we had to drive all the way back, about 20 mins with $4 gas, then no answering the phones when we tried to call. Tried the call center they tried to get ahold of someone in the store, no one answered the phones, they hung up. They wouldn't & couldn't give us a refund!!! All our food is wrong, cold and no refund. They have no phone, apparently, she just told me...... wow? And they have no manager to help customers they have screwed over!!!
Don't get delivery- we ordered online and it said it would be here by 6:50pm. I waited until 7:25pm and then tried to call them, but was hung up on and didn't get to talk to anyone. Right after that I recieved a text that said my order was out for delivery, so I thought, "Okay, that's fine. They're probably short staffed." But then I get another text several minutes later from Door Dash saying the pizza will be delivered at 8:09pm. So from the time I ordered to the time of delivery is 2 hours.Once we finally got the pizza it was just okay. Not warm and crust was soggy.
