The sandwiches are always amazing, the fries are cut fresh daily and fried to perfection, and the daily fresh squeezed lemonade is so yummy! It might take a few minutes to get your order but everything is made fresh per order and employees are friendly and helpful. I'm always excited to go to Penn station because I've never had an issue and it always tastes great!
The Fresh Cut French Fries are on of my favorites. The service at this location has been good each time I have visited.
Excellent food. Great staff. Really clean inside store as well as food prep area and bathroom. A little pricey but everything is more expensive now since the pandemic began.
I really like the sandwiches, but I can't give it five stars because it just takes too long for them to make them. I don't think this is an employee problem. It's the nature of the product.

the Columbus store is absolutely horrible anymore. not the food, but the service. the last 5 times thats I've stopped in (5 times in a month) the lady says it will be a 20-25 minute wait on ordering. zero customers in the store. literally the same response when I walk in the door every single time now. I'm done with this particular store.
