5 ?Love their new signature chicken sandwich. Also love Teresa who takes orders. She's so patient, sweet and helpful. She was the only one taking orders with a line of people waiting and a lady giving several orders. She didn't miss a beat and kept her pleasant attitude. I'll pick her to order from everytime.
amazingly bad. either they are sold out of what you want, or they short change you - half filled salads, stale bread. etc. rarely do we get an order where there isn't something either missing or just plain wrong (wrong soup, etc.).
Thought I would grab a salad to take into work with me. When I got to work I had a half full bowl of salad without any dressing. VERY DISSATISFIED
We had a very positive experience here. Seating area was clean, staff were friendly. We ordered using the app and good came out quickly and order was correct.

Their food is delicious. The breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon crunch bagels with pecan walnut spread. Broccoli mac and cheese with a bread bowl. Their orange scones are simply delicious. Their kitchen sink cookie is SO delicious. It's giant! Young manager Conner is an exceptional employee. He went above and beyond. Thank you!
Service was so so. The food was decent. However, they put far too much sauce on my Bacon Turkey Bravo, the chicken noodle was predominantly broth, and my apple was a little mushy. I guess I could have asked for another apple, but I was already pretty full and ready to leave.
This location hardly ever disappoints. I know this location struggled a bit in 2021 with store issues and staff, but have come back strong in my opinion. My go to order is The Turkey Avocado BLT with chips, pickle and a muffie. It’s always fresh and the staff is always friendly. Service is pretty quick too. This location also has a bunch of convenient options, order via the app, curbside pickup, kiosks inside to order, etc.
