The worst. The Asain Indian guy kept interrupting me. When I told him the screen was incorrect he told me it's because it's messed up pull around. When I got to the window to pay a Manger had to be called to redo my order because I was completely different from what I asked for. I had to ask for my tea that came with my meal 3 times. After pulling off getting back on the highway my tea tasted like coffee had been mixed in it. Never saw or spoke with the person that took my order.

We ordered a large unsweetened iced tea and were charged for and given a small and they refused to fix it. I understand mistakes happen but they should have been willing to fix it.Additionally, the chicken nuggets were stale.

They serve breakfast from 6 am until whatever time they feel like stopping. Pull up at 10:10, they’re likely to tell you that they’re no longer serving breakfast and that it doesn’t matter if the sign says 10:30. Great job, guys (not really)

This location seems to be super slow lately. Maybe they all are; I only go when my child wants something there, which isn't that often. 10 minutes waiting on an order of French fries seems a bit much. I had to call today to get my order brought out to me. I would have walked in but my child was sitting in the car, which is why there is a drive-through! I shouldn't have to get out. I suggest skipping this location.

I'll start off by saying m experience here is mainly during the night, but the night crew is incredibly nice and fast. I usually avoid going to the other mcdonalds and go here even if it's extra time to get there, as the food is usually much better with lots less wait time, unless you go right in the middle of lunch frenzy.

I stopped at this location while traveling, to get the littles some dinner. As I am in line to order, a black older model SUV, pulled up where you would order at a clearly closed drive thru lane and started gunning his engine. I couldn't order because he was being so loud and aggressive. Then he pulled up to the window, stayed there for a minute, revved it again a few times then pulled away and began driving around the parking lot circling the drive thru, driving crazy, gunning his loud vehicle so much that I couldn't place my order because they couldn't hear me over him. At first I thought he was just an annoyed customer and after circling 5-7 times, he seemed to have left. So I placed my order and when I paid and said something they apologized and advised it was one of their employees. I pulled forward to get the kids happy meals and here he comes again. I could not get out of there fast enough. All I could think is he left to get a weapon or something and the kids and I are going to be in the middle of a shooting spree. The staff seemed so calm and just kept apologizing! No idea what, if anything, happened after I left I got us back on the hwy ASAP and out of there. This was yesterday, today I called the number on the drive thru window and left a message. Hope nothing happened after we left. In all fairness, the food was fresh and good and the employees were super nice. I've been there many times when we are traveling and always felt safe prior to yesterday. Columbus had always seemed like a really nice town.

They get this one star due to the smell by the drink machines and the containers that dispense tea have no covers allowing anyone to cough or even deposit items in it. The health department needs to take a look here.

Ordered chocolate shakes with our food. Pay, then they hand us vanilla shakes... say the chocolate isn't working... nope! Refund us the money then hand us cold food. Finally got our order, minus the drinks AND rude service as we were being polite but wanted WHAT WE ORDERED.. weird concept right??

Tell me why again there is a CHILD working at McDonald’s? I ordered a McDouble no pickle or mustard and got pickles and no cheese??? I never even said anything about the cheese. When we payed the card declined at first because it is bent and takes a couple swipes. The manager came back and was somewhat rude about our card declining but it ended up working after /a couple tries/. Called about the messed up order and they fell silent when the fact that there’s a kid (seriously looks to be like 9/10 maybe 11) was brought to light. Every part of this is ridiculous and it’s going to take just a couple more messed up orders and people noticing a child behind the window before someone gets in trouble for having a kid who is not even of legal age.

Horrible customer service!!! I was setting at the drive thru 5 minutes and never got waited on. Drove up to the window and three employees standing looking at me thru the glass and never acknowledged me at all. I set another 5 minutes and all they did was give me a couple hand gestures as I drove away.This happened 4/30/2022 at 3:30am.All I wanted was breakfast before work.
