I ordered from here back in November of 2021. The first time I have ever ate at this place. It was a Friday around 6:30pm. The teenager who cashed me out charged me $45 for a large pizza and salad. She also did not give me a receipt and I paid cash. I was surprised at the price but I've paid that much before for pizza, but MUCH better pizza and salad. Once I got back in my car I looked up the prices and I should've been charged roughly $28, not $45. I called back first thing the next morning and explained the situation. The female general manager blamed me for not getting a receipt therefore they wouldn't be able to refund me the $17 they over charged. She literally argued with me about $17 that wasn't coming out of her pocket. ? She then asked for my home address to send me a gift certificate. I did not feel comfortable doing that but I did in hopes she would honor her word. I stopped into Mancinos literally the same day I called and asked for the gift certificate and she REFUSED even though I was literally IN THE RESTAURANT. It's not like I'd ever go back, I planned on giving the gift certificate to a guest already eating in the restaraunt. I even spoke with another male manager who fully understood I was overcharged and he agreed I deserved a refund but didn't have the authority to do so and he'd have to speak with the GM (Who was the rude women I already dealt with). I have a degree in business management and I also worked in retail for 10 years. I would not have a rude and unprofessional person representing my business in this way. If she is the owner, I hope she sees this and realizes how big of a GREEDY HATEFUL HAG she was over $17. It is now almost April of 2022 and I have tried to call back multiple times over the past couple months with no luck on getting a call back. The pizza tastes like it was made at the skating rink or ball park on cardboard and I will never be back to this JOKE of a business. I do however HIGHLY recommend Zwanzigs, Carlos Pizza, and Enzos Pizza.
We ordered Fri nite under laura fries were half cooked bread on grinders was doughy and pizza crust was doughy
Same thing that Victor said below me is correct. I thought okay they have a high rating lets give it a try. AS SOON as i grabbed the pizza from the door dash woman i knew. It was so light. I opened it up and it was super thin crust and toppings inconsistent. I was looking for a new place to get pizza from in Columbus. Guess this wont be it. Whats even worse is I called beforehand as well to ask them to please make sure the pizza is made correctly due to me reading the reviews.
Sammy was a great help she loves her job and spoke highly of her employers and coworkers. She told me about the chicken bacon ranch the only thing I have a complaint was I should have gotten a large. Thank you Sammy!
A club grinder and fries...man. the best ever!
Wonderful service and amazing food!! Younger employees but they done an amazing job!!!
Friendly service
Love mancinos one of the best places in Columbus to eat. Would have given 5 stars but last two visits my grinders were not baked. Bread was good but could have been better if they had baked it.
Got a gift card to mancinos and when I went to use it they told me it expired?! Didn’t realize gift cards could expire! Would love an explanation
Love the grinders and the pizza and garlic bread is excellent. If desert, they have nice soft cookies to finish off your meal. Been back many times and had always been good.
