Such a cute and wonder place! A friend of mine recommended Lucabe since I love coffee and been struggling to find affordable yet tasty coffee near me. Not only do they have a delicious vanilla caramel macchiato but I also came back with my kids and tried a peach mango tea that was superb! The kiddos got the perfect size hot chocolate and they steamed the milk at a lower temp without me even asking so it was ready for them right away. Which I appreciated! We plan to make this a regular stop when we visit Columbus. They also had a breakfast croissant that has egg, sausage, cheese, and peppers so was also amazing. Oh and there is an adorable little two story play area for the littles with bar seating looking in so a parent can bring the littles and enjoy a moment or get some work done! It was a clean and inviting space and bathrooms were well kept. I'll be back soon to try their in house made Chai!
My mother, grandmother and I went out on the town for brunch. We stopped in and it was wonderful! The drinks ordered were fast and perfect. I ordered a few different baked goods and they were all amazing quality and fresh! I would definitely encourage anyone to go try it out. Bonus for parents, they do have a small quiet play area for small children as well!

Unfortunately....they provide what is suppose to be a kid friendly room. Unfortunately we found out today that is not the case. We were yelled at disrespectfully by a manager in an aggressive manner telling us to “hush” our kids in the enclosed kids section. I spent $50 on food and “coffee” for the convenience of their “kid” area. Not kid friendly at all! Highly unprofessional managers run the place and coffee is mediocre and nothing special. National Road Location!
I ordered 4 drinks to go, with 2 pieces of cake. They didn't give me a drink carrier or bag. I had my toddler with me. So I tried to make multiple trips to the car to carry my drinks and my child out.And of course that's a terrible idea. My toddler knocked the drink out of my hand (and it was hot) it all over me and their side walk in. So went to get a new shirt and then went back in to explain what happened and they just look shocked. "Yes, I need a carrier and a bag. And no I don't want to pay for a replacement!" Pay attention. Not only is the food and drink expensive, but I just tipped you for no reason but to ruin my shirt and waste my money.....

My favorite spot for coffee in Columbus. The staff is amazing and the drinks and baked goods never disappoint. Whether you want to sit inside, outside, or take your drink to the office or home, I highly recommend Lucabe.
