Gave me raw and soggy chicken and then Kelly “The District Manager” kept arguing how it “looked cooked” to her when requested refund. Also, violated a health code right in front of me by putting a kitchen tong in the contaminated food then placed tong back in with the others. Ruined KFC for me.
First off.. my son loves some Kentucky Fried Chicken!!He never stops talking about your Chicken.We buy usally once a month and he goes insane when we bring the bucket home.
I've been very disappointed with how greasy the chicken has been, and old the macaroni has been. Very sloppy overall. And you're lucky if they remember everything. I love you being there when they get it right ?
Quick service. The food was good. I had Nashville hot chicken tenders. I wish they had been tossed in the sauce instead of the sauce layered over them, but I don't fair the employees for my preference.
Chicken was soggy and just weird. I don’t think I will go to another KFC again after this soggy greasy chicken. Ended up throwing it away. What a waste.
We sat in the line waiting for them to take our order for a good 10 minutes. Then we sat at the window waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there for another 30 minutes before they took our payment. Meanwhile they served 5+ customers at the counter. Ridiculous.
KFC is my favorite chicken to go. Meal was hot and Cynthia the cashier was so kind and helpful. Will go there again.
So I work at the KFC here in town and I need to let ppl know cuz some of the stuff they do is against moral compass. They literally drop the black bowls and the little clear bowls on the and then and wipe out with a towel and put it back up on the line and use it for ur food bc it messes with their raises. To me that's crazy I throw stuff like that away bc of the nasty stuff on the floors and the germs ppl can get along with this whole covid situation. Ppl don't want to be sick so y do stuff like that. If this gets me fired then I will take it to corporate and I will get a good lawyer and sue the company. I have a right to voice my opinions it is called freedom of speech.
The person taking orders was really rude didn’t ask for sauces with my order either just seemed to hate being at work and was talking to ever customer in front of me in line the same way will never return after the experience I had today with the customer service with staff there
This is the 2nd time in a row that my food was TERRIBLE! Today I ordered the 4 wing special. The wings were COLD & so small they were almost nothing but tiny bones. Last week, my order was shorted the sides. I called them & the person had an attitude of...well, what do you want ME to do about it. Didn't call today....no need. Won't go back
