We went to this place for the first time this week. We went for a special occasion. It didn't look very busy for a Monday eve. The host greeted us and asked if we would like to sit in the bar. Sure it's usually quiet and kid free. I noticed an advertisement for a fav Cleveland brewery on the wall. I thought great they must have a nice craft beer selection. Our waitress Kari was nice. We ordered beverages, me the fab Cleveland craft beer. My Mr water. We were the only occupied table in the bar. The main dining area was full of an older crowd. Sitting right there at the bartender and server were openly talking about old people. The bartender said he didn't know how to pour a draft beer. But he knew how to open a bottle. He added only old people drink beer. Hello, im right here dribking a beer. His experience is in serving cocktails at an American Legion. The server jumped on board and added his opinion about shady pines? Or something like that. Odd I looked it up what is shady pines. That's a golden girls reference. He turned around to us and said no offense. What the actual ..?? meanwhile during all of this there is a 5 or 6 yr old little girl running through the bar and restaurant area unsupervised. Clearly an employee didn't have a babysitter. The salad was floating in dressing that's the photo, the family meal special is a good deal on Mondays. Our waitress was a sweet gal, but really this place is not on our radar. It was lackluster and some of the staff were rude. We tipped our waitress graciously because she was the only shining light.

Food was not up to par. The cook seemed to have a very bad attitude. Service was good. But what kind of manger do you have running that place. Blue hair, very revealing sleeveless shirt and a dress with slits up both sides. Very unprofessional looking and acting. Seems she she be managing a dive bar or something.

We had the nicest and most attentive server. He made our dining experience very enjoyable. Shout out to Rudy aka “Rude Dog” for exceptional service!!

I feel disrespected by the chef for actually serving me this when I ordered "fettuccine alfredo with Italian sausage." Was this some kind of joke? Aside from the disgusting microwaved sausage plopped whole on the noodles like a bowel movement, the noodles and sauce were utterly tasteless. My husband's dish of chicken scallopini was more akin to a soup and required a fork, knife, and spoon to attempt to eat it. I should've listened to the countless other bad reviews of this place and stayed away. Can't wait to get a reply from "management" asking to talk to me about making it right! Only way to make this right is to refund my $45 and erase my memory!

Always loved before, but last night was a let down. Me and my daughter got spicy shrimp and chicken, mine was ok, but hers had butter instead of sauce. My wife's lasagna was a joke. Way overpriced for the quality and portions. Service was good though.

** Updated review.I'm afraid I'm taking a star off.-- On April 2, around noon, I ordered two items.Johnny's Cheeseburger with fries and the Parnassian Club with fries. This was a to-go order that I placed at the counter with a waitress. I didn't catch her name. She wasn't wearing a tag or she didn't assist me long enough to actually read it.First mistake -I was overcharged. On the receipt, I was charged for a chicken parm meal. This was about five dollars more than I anticipated and not what I wanted.Failing to find the waitress who took my order, I found a friendly waitress in the bar area. She had the error corrected.-> I think this could have been avoided if my order was repeated to me when I placed it. Instead, the waitress said "I'll put this in!" and disappeared.Second mistake -Johnny's cheeseburger looked nice on the outside, but was bright pink inside. My mom and I don't eat undercooked meat.--> This could have been avoided, again, if the waitress had confirmed my order. She should have knowledge of how the food can be cooked and could have provided options for me to choose from.I would post a picture, but the burger was tossed as neither one of us was going to eat it.As I was leaving, a party of eight was coming in. The waitress was suddenly front and center. She was smiling and joking as she lead them to a table.I wasn't greeted like that at all. Actually, by comparison, as a lone person placing a to-go order, I felt like I irritated her. I guess since she knew I probably wasn't going to tip her, I was only worth the barest interaction.*** I'm very disappointed at the lack of communication, care, and customer service.P.S. Johnny's bills about a dollar extra for 'packaging fees.' Should I ever go there again, which I doubt because my mom doesn't like them, I should bring my own containers and save a dollar.

Bartender Rudy is amazing! I sat at the bar for dinner and drinks, he’s tending the whole restaurant’s drinks and did it with a smile. Food was very good also. Came here not knowing it was a chain restaurant but I was not disappointed, felt local.

Rudy was amazing! They were short-staffed, but he did a great job and even took time to give our daughter his autograph (her request). He was fast and checked on us just enough to be helpful but not annoying. He sure has a lot of energy!

Hadn't been here for 2 years, but this was a wonderful experience. I ordered the steak and shrimp skilletini. It had green peppers onions spicy marinara sauce, obviously steak and shrimp and pasta it was so good.

Great experience! I had the Chicken Penne Gorgonzola and my wife had the Lemon Rosemary Chicken, both were excellent and the salads were quality as well. Our server Katie was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Also Sebastian the chef had good vibes. Will be returning!
