We had had a horrible experience with the Greensburg Jimmy Johns that day, three hours in and no food. Long hot day full of baseball, headed to the campground and everybody was hungry. I called the order in ahead on their app and screwed up for the second time. I ordered at the wrong store. Dustin has been fabulous in the past but this time Dustin and Joe went into action took care of me and said they wanted me to be happy. They canceled the other order, they re-made the order for me and got us on our way. Dustin and Joe know how customer service works. Thank you guys! Job well done!
Stopped for a quick lunch as we drove through Columbus, Indiana from Cincinnati. Friendly staff greeted us as we entered. Very clean restaurant.
Fast and friendly I tried a new turkey garden sub it was the best

Worst experience ever. Ordered, 30 ish minutes later says it’s on the way. An hour and a half later still not here. I called said they sent her out with NINE other deliveries. Then she dropped it off and just left no call no text. Also I try not to complain because I know we’re all short staffed and I tipped well to help there. Very disappointed.
I love #6 sandwich with wheat bread. Service is quick. Staff is helpful.
I have used the delivery app about 20 times and every time the order has been correct and the sandwiches have been delicious. They have also been delivered between 30 and 45 minutes and the delivery people have always been friendly.
First time ever ordering from Jimmy's John's and will never order again. The food taste good but the customer service sucks. They had no idea where their driver was or anything!!
This is what they apparently consider an $8 sandwich. ??? wow
