Didn't put any condiments on the sandwich that I specifically asked for (mayo and mustard). Doesn't seem like a difficult thing to miss. Sandwich was fine besides that.
WOW! My husband and I just experience I've ever had at a Jimmy John's. The employee's name is Anthony. He was extremely rude! Very course tone of voice. And a little demeaning. Probably won't visit this store again.

Jimmy Johns delivers subs so fast you'll freak! Local and regional favorite, I've never had a bad sandwich at any of the locations. I think I'll order a #10 with extra JIMMY HOTT PEPPERS and mayo please! The app males ordering even faster and easier; AND you can get free food when you become a member of their app club.
Placed order through the app. Customized the sandwich on the app (cut in half, no tomatoes) however got it regular at the pick. Receipt reflects the changes but the sandwich does not...
This place was gross. It was dirty and they put rotten brown slimey lettuce on the sandwiches. Never had such a disgusting sandwich from Jimmy John’s.
