I always dined in and loved it. They do have good tasting sauce on whichever pie you choose. But customer service should be a priority no matter what time of day or evening. So this has left a sour taste in my mouth. Also note i drive 60 mi round trip.Everybody has a bad day once in awhile, i kept going back a few more times hoping it would get better.
My son took me here because I've never been and I absolutely loved their pizza!! It was delicious and so were the bread sticks ? the waitress was great and i just really enjoyed everything about this place.Highly recommend
Had an impromptu visit to this location...for the first time. 7:15 pm on a Saturday night. Pizza was excellent. Asked for a non-garlic glazed crust.Service was good. I love Greeks pizza but my last 2 orders have gotten messed up from the first one completely wrong which wasn't that big of a deal they fixed it. To the second one where I ordered 3 pizzas and when I got them it looked like the delivery driver threw them in the trunk and done 100mph to the house they were flipped over and scattered all over the box. I called and the person I talked to credited my my total order which was over 40 some dollars. Today I called to place a order and they have no information about the credit and only gave me a partial discount. Love the pizza but very disappointed in the customer service right now.
Greeks Pizza is a gem! The pizza had lots of toppings. Their sauce was one of the best red sauces I've had. Breadsticks were amazing too. Hubby and I will be back. This is our new dive spot.
Bought gift certificates to help support local to be told you can only use one gift card at a time. Lady at the front end was rude and not friendly at all when questioned why.. Lady making pizza couldn’t answer either and said she would ask the owner (a little friendlier than the front end person) when asked when the owner would be in the response “they don’t come in often”. Pizza dough just laying around in table drying out.
This little pizza shop is awesome, their pizza sauce is on the sweeter side but my family and I love it, plus they serve beer!
used to be our go to in columbus, but sadly the owners/managers are letting it go.you used to get get melted garlic butter on the breadsticks, last 3 times none.the pizza sauce tastes different every time we go.not horrible, but different.went in on a wednesday night to have dinner, tried to order beer, nope. there's no one over 21 here to serve it.nice, just turn a bunch of high school kids loose to run the place.my wife was soo pissed we almost left.i know you open a restaurant and hope to have it running, so you can sit back and count all the money, but you can't rely on teenagers to do it for you.
The pizza is amazing, but the service lacks every single time. Pizza was supposed to be delivered between 7:12 and 7:27, I called at 7:40 and was informed that the order should be leaving soon. Pizza finally arrived at 7:58 and was not even warm.
