First time visiting this chain. Restaurant was very dirty, no clean tables. Steakburgers could use some seasoning, very bland. No sugar and caffeine free drink option other than water.Curds were yummy. Service was fine, friendly staff. Maybe just not enough help. Will try again.
I visit Freddy's for the first time back in March of 2022, and I loved it. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh (and good), and the ice cream was even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as I find myself there frequently, since my first time, purchasing shakes, ice cream and fries.Note: the only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars is because the person at the cash register wasn't as nice as the other staff, but I do understand they may have had a long day.
First time to this location, just passing thru town. To be fair, it was posted that the store had unexpected shift changes and were understaffed...which was evident. Unfortunately, quality of service was negatively effected by this. The staff was very young as well which may have contributed to the lack of quality. For example, the young man who made our custard treats had just came from mopping the floor and did not wash his hands or put gloves on. He had told us our number would be called when it was ready. After making our order he sat it on the counter and did not tell us it was ready leaving our sundae to melt. This location may do well on other days, but today was not their day.
I love this place, the food and service are too notch. I was having issues with my cash app account after I ordered my food and they were generous and understanding enough to just give me my food for free.
Had a double bacon burger with cheese curds. Service was quick enough, though like everything else, wasn't cheap. They don't keep their ranch dressing cold, which is a preference for me. The burger had good flavour, too.
Hi Freddys. My family prefers you and I LOVE the fact I can get sandwiches wrapped in lettuce and best cheese curds around , so cheesy and airy and prefer your custard. Ashamed to say sometimes we go to Culver’s if we’re busy on the other side of the interstate. We won’t do that again ; we’ll wait until we’re done and can get over your way. With that being said PLEASE don’t discontinue marinara like Culver’s has. Not just out of stock , completely Discontinued marinara because “they would have to raise prices.” If anyone understands food costs and the supply chain- it’s me - I sold food for a decade. Every single food cost on restaurant menu has gone up- it’s the marinara that’s the make or break them ??♀️ We’re that family that has to dip our fried cheeses in marinara - so ranch or honey mustard was a silly option.I would prefer to pay for marinara if the cost of marinara will cripple your business. And if it just comes down to you HAVE to discontinue marinara - tell people in advance when they order, that way they can determine if they still want the cheese curds. Sorry long post.
Food was great, fast for the amount of people in front of us. Cashier Ruby was very rude, rolled her eyes when my boyfriend asked for an extra patty then didn't add it on, also had a bad attitude towards everyone. Left her coworkers asking where she was when it got busy.
This place was definitely packed! This is my favorite fast food burger place by far. I highly recommend trying Freddie's if you haven't already.
This is a regular cheese curd. I’ve worked here before, but left do to workers not doing their jobs. Things haven’t seemed to changed.Cheese curds are supposed to be 5oz (By corporate standards).
Was not impressed, too pricey for that type of food that's just average. I should have went to the local Mexican place and gotten a nice meal for same or not much more. I will not return.
