I am Italian and I cook my own Italian food. I have to think of this place like the McDonalds of Italian food. They were out of most drinks. The place was not super clean. Food came out hot, fresh and fast. That is the ONLY reason they get 3 stars. I would never go here by my choice. I have been here twice and it was a Birthday request from someone else or I would not go.
Excellent food! Fast service! And we had 12 people sitting in to eat.
For fast food American version of Italian, it was standard. The drive thru staff member that handed the driver the Italian ice could not answer if it had lemon in it when asked. "I don't know, it's whatever they put it in." Was her reply, instead of checking. The passenger would have had a sever allergic reaction and a hospital trip if she had taken a sip of her blueberry ice drink (because lemon is not listed in the title nor checked by employee when asked).
Amazing food and a staff with integrity and I am very thankful for the food and service that they give....
Great crew! Amazing food, if you haven’t had the new bacon glazed wings do it! The new cheesecake is amazing! Literally all I could truly ask for from one of my favorite places.
My experience at fazolis was fantastic the customer service was one I haven’t experienced in a good while Bradley was very nice and brought out extra bread knowing full well how much my family and I adore such things.
Food is great but the place could use a make over. It's a bit dated and has definitely seen better days inside. The environment is so-so but the food is AMAZING.
Love coupons that show up in the app. 2 Baked spaghetti dinners and small drink for $10. Best app and easy to use for free or reduced price food. Yes, the breadsticks are Good!
I dont eat here anymore last time i did was when o was a child but i door dash so i deliver sonetime with them. They seem to be doing ok smells good, clean inside, and nice staff
Great options of food, but when getting it from the drive thru there seems to always be at least one item missing when we have medium to large orders. On the bright side the food is always hot when receiving it.
