Family wanted some doughnuts to take to the cabin we rented. Selection was pretty narrow, donuts were already hard like day old, and they shorted my dozen by 1. Price is a bit much for the quality. I regularly pay more at our local bakery, but they are fresh and worth the price. Sadly, these were not. Staff was very friendly though. Can't blame them since I'm sure the products are mostly made off site. I'll stick to real bakeries for anything other than coffee.
Oh how I wish this was the Dunkin’ Donuts of my childhood but it’s not. Donuts do not taste fresh. Also the drive-thru at this location is impossible.
Seriously??? They JUST opened and the food quality is already soooo poor. No glaze or sprinkles or really much frosting on a strawberry frosted glazed sprinkle doughnut?? And the smallest amount of jelly in a doughnut I’ve ever seen. Honestly I could have gotten better food from a gas station at a fraction of the price. I don’t eat out except to treat myself but this was definitely the worst place around Columbus to eat I’ve ever encountered.
Wouldn't eat here again. I usually shop local donut store but this is new location so thought I would support and try it out. Donuts and munchkins were overpriced, small, and super stale. We just got home with them and they taste like 3 day old donuts. Donuts from local shop are way larger and more variety for similar pricing. My kid won't even eat these so that's saying something. Definitely not the value or quality I remembered from DD in the past.
Coffee is amazing, but got hash browns and they were burnt to a crisp? I don’t know who looked and these and were like yeah we’ll sell these burnt hash browns.
Great service! They have a team that works together to provide excellent customer service. The food was good and the drinks were made great!

I will never eat from here again.Unfriendly staff, stale doughnuts, overpriced for mehhh food and coffee.Just wasn't good and the business location is a total nightmare. I Uninstalled their app.Personally. I'd rather eat gas station doughnuts.
I really wanted this to be a new spot to go to.. the staff was very nice!! But the donuts was awful.. I'm so disappointed!!! I've ate at other Dunkin donuts and it was really good.. the donuts was so dry and hard.. going in the trash today
Felt like I deserved atreat just getting in and out.. Access store 46 East bound (only). Careful at street (ramp) entrance / exit. Exit lanes too narrow. Had to wait to leave, could only move with "Drive thru" traffic. Evidence by curbs blackened and ruts in dirt..
