Nothing extraordinary about the food or service both were satisfactory. We were traveling and I'd never had anything but the turtle sundae there before, which if memory serves me right, was amazing.I had the fried cheese curds and they were ok. Not much flavor considering it was supposed to be Wisconsin cheese which surprised me, but yeah, I still smashed them lolMy adult son had a double burger of some sort and he really liked it. Hubby had a fish sandwich and said it was ok. Fries were fresh, as was all the food.It was a Sunday, just as the after church rush was starting, and ladies restroom had zero toilet paper and could have used some attention.
Would give a 0 if possible. My kid went in to get their free scoop of ice cream and stood by the register like usual. She was told to go to the back of the line by a rude man named Steve. She then had to wait over 20 minutes after ordering for her 1 scoop of ice cream. She left in tears after having a voice raised to her for no reason, and waiting for so long.
I stopped by after working all day, hoping to get dinner before I had to pick my son up from school. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 4 chicken tenders and onion rings. I waited 22 minutes on my food, and not because they were short staffed, or extremely busy. At one point there was 3 employees in the kitchen and 8 employ standing up front talking with each other and a visiting with a customer. When I FINALLY recieved my "FAST" food, and went to my car, I checked my bag. I realized that they only had one sandwich and onion rings in it. I had to walk back inside and wait another 10 minutes on the rest of my $35 order. All the while I watched grilled, fried, and frozen items going out to the drive through, to curbside pickups, and to the dining area. I was not impressed. They obviously misplaced or completely forgot my ticket. I understand that they just opened, and all their employees are new, but, I have worked as a cook before, both fast food and in a restaurant, and I know it doesn't take 32 minutes to fry chicken and onion rings. This was my worst experience at Culver's. I seriously doubt I revisit this location again, or recommend it.
Slowest Culvers I’ve ever been to. 3 employees stood with backs to the customers while the food filled up the chutes in the heating area. One employee took a spoon and proceeded to take a swoop into the flavor of the day and eat it within view of the customers. Gross. Bathrooms could use a good cleaning also.
This location was incredibly busy when I visited, and they actually ran out of seating for everyone trying to dine in. There were plenty of friendly employees working hard to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized though, which I really appreciated. The cashier did make a snarky comment about my ordering two carbs as a side, and actually missed something I ordered because he was talking over me to say it. I like that the fish dinner comes with a lemon to squeeze on it as well as two sides, and of course the frozen custard is one of a kind.
Drive thru busy but moved along fairly quickly. The chicken tenders are so good. Don't forget the cheese curds! Always a favorite!
Good food. Good prices. Food came out hot, & fresh quickly. Large selection of items to order.
Delicious custard, burgers, fries, onion rings... Heck it's all good! Wonderful staff! Very clean.
Culver's is always good no matter what state I've tried it inCan never go wrong with a butterburger , cheese curds, frozen custard, & fries with their amazing cheddar cheese sauce !
I don’t go to Culver’s often, but when I do, they never disappoint. Their staff is always professional and nice. The food is always fresh. If you haven’t tried this restaurant yet, you can’t go wrong with either a butter burger, onion rings and/or their custard. No, you can’t forget the custard.
