Worked a 15 hour day, craving some wings, pulll into Chili's walked inside at 8:00 P.M and they wouldn't let me sit at the bar. To hell with Chili's, I'll never go back! Off to Buffalo Wild Wings.
Waitress was good. Dirty atmosphere, could draw a picture in the dust, booths ripped, bathroom very dirty. Food was dry, not a good experience and it's the first time I've ever been to Chillis. I'm ruined forever and probably will not go to another Chillies. Elbow grease and soapy water is a suggestion.
Chilli’s Grill & Bar does have a lot to offer for vegetarians.I choose the lunch combo that comes with loaded baked potato soup (which I absolutely loved) and the ranch veggie quesadillas served with fries.The service was great!
One of my worst experiences at this location. Not the worst but was up there. The other diner with me was able to order both food and a drink while I was only able to place a drink order before the waitress just walked away while I was saying what I wanted order. Now they were very busy and were pretty full but damn I felt invisible the rest of the time I was there. Couldn't even get a refill.. Usually a really great experience but not on this trip hopefully next time will be better.
Waited over 20 minutes for a doordash order past the pickup time. We are supposed to wait curbside for it. Went in and couldn't get an employee to help me. Finally got one to help me as my order was sitting on the rack the whole time. I'm not hourly like these employees. Cost me time and money. Won't be delivering from there again and they lost a long time customer. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover their carelessness.
Took me 15 mins to order a drink (recieved the wrong drink) then waited another 45mins before getting to order my appetizer which again they only brought me half. I waited another 7 mins for the remaining portion. By that point I was so agitated with the service as well as the idiot I was with I didnt even want to order a main course. Terrible service. This was a first for me. They're usually on point
We were there for over two hours it took forever to get our food and it wasn't that busy. Server kept forgetting things I ordered a 8 Oz. Sirloin it might have been 5 Oz. The fries were cold. Then we didn't know you don't get your receipt so you know your bill.
The first time I went everything was nice, the second time I went they ran out of avacado and the asparagus was not up to par. My steak was ok. I guess the cook had a off day.
This is a typical Chili's chain store. If you like the chain chilies you will like this restaurant. Our waitress was friendly and kept our drinks topped off.
We've been multiple times for lunch and dinner. Very good food. Good service. Clean places. Friendly staff.
